I’ve been coming to Dr Jeff Werber here at Valuvet for two and half years. Not only is he professional, personable, attentive, EXPERIENCED… the prices he and ValuVet charge definitely live up to their name. Value. He’s an excellent vet but doesn’t gouge you on prices. They’re truly competitive to prices you’d pay if you were in say a small, less desirable market and yet he services the Westside.My dog Blue and I are very satisfied. And the new addition to our home, a kitten, had a great appointment w us today too.Thanks Dr jeff for your great service!

NEVER coming back.I arrived after speaking with Carmel, who told me the clinic was hers.needless to say, it’s not her clinic.The person at the front wasn’t very nice, and I had to fill out all the paperwork again although I filled it prior to the visit. He also told me the papers I need will take up to 8 weeks although Carmel told me up to 6 weeks… which is crucial for my traveling situation.I checked in, and waited 65 minutes. All the people who arrived after me- entered.I asked twice and I was told to wait. On my third asking, a nice lady finally told me I didn’t have an appointment and I was considered as walk-in, although I spoke with Carmel the day before to schedule and drove 1 hour so I was definitely not a walk in. The lady also told me the doctor won’t see me in the next 15 minutes which will make the total waiting time 80 minutes. I left, nobody cared or even said sorry, and I texted Carmel who did not take responsibility and basically said she can’t take responsibility because I arrived on a day she wasn’t there. She also educated me and told me it’s ok to wait for the vet, and that she never said the clinic was hers (I have it in a voice message…). Only after answering her again and telling her their customer service sucks she typed “sorry for your experience”.I can’t believe I drove 60 minutes for them, and I missed an important meeting.It’s a shame because the vet himself had many complements on Facebook groups and such but the team around him is also important and needs an upgrade. There are many other great and clean places out there, save your time and money.

I had a very stressful situation with my dog and didn’t know where to turn after being overwhelmed by emergency vet costs. That’s when I found Value Vet ! and Dr. Nitzan, who was truly a lifesaver. He was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He even went out of his way to care for my dog when I couldn’t be there. The clinic felt welcoming, the prices were fair, and I never felt pressured. I’m so grateful and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pet.

Dr Werber saved our dog. He and his team spoke to us practically and made us realize that we only needed to take one step at a time. Take the cancer out, then talk about next steps. He has a very practical approach that made us feel comfortable leaving our dog in his hands.Over two years later and we still get asked if our 10-year-old dog is a puppy. We wouldn't have him without Dr Werber.

I have been going to Value Vet for my dog for 12 years. I go to Dr.Davidson, who is fabulous. Also Rose, one of the technicians goes above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen. They truly love animals and don’t try to rob you.I am also leaving this review for another staff member named Sonia, whose extraordinary kindness needs to be documented as it is so unusual these days. Please read the following as it is incredible!Sonia, who works with Dr. Werber (not even our doctor) braved LA traffic, on the Friday before a holiday weekend (likely hours out of her way) to HAND DELIVER an rx that had been delayed in the mail.The office was closing early. My dog would have gone through a miserable 3 days had she not brought the pills to my house! I will never go to any other clinic - we will never to be a dog-less household, so I’m talking about a long time!
