Mar 14, 2025 · maryelizabeth marquis$163.54 for a 1 year vaccine, Trio starter dose, fecal test. Doctor began telling me about some friend of his in Manhattan and her dog sickness. First off I don't live in Manhattan, second he never returned to give my puppy his shot. Some woman who isn't a doctor walked in with shot in hand. She wasn't certified to give the shot leaves with my dog. Unethical as hell. Then when I questioned the problem they started oh we trimmed his nails for free. First off I don't believe they even gave my dog his vaccine and charged me. Paperwork never showed his second shot for his records. Last but not least they signed me up for shipping to my home which I never requested. I honestly believe this place needs to be inspected. I know realized why I stopped going here. Will further pursue this matter on a higher food chain.

Jun 24, 2025 · Heather DavisHad a free new pet visit. All questions and concerns answered. Staff and doctors were very attentive, cordial and caring.
Jun 09, 2025 · Cheryl HartnettDr. Hall and his team were amazing and professional with trying to figure out my parrot's symptoms. Unfortunately, with birds they hide their symptoms very well because of their natural history of being a prey animal in the wild. Kiwi was approximately 25 years old, average age for an Eclectus parrot in human care is 30 years old. Kiwi was most likely not sick but slowly regressing due to old age. Dr. Hall and his team were very professional when it came to the time to say goodbye to my best friend of 25 years...I want to shout out to the vet technicians that came back to the room to check up on me and my family as I was saying the hard goodbye to Kiwi after he passed. It was probably the hardest thing I had done in my life and the empathy of the vet technicians was greatly appreciated. I have been through several euthanasias in my own animal career and family pets, but this time that one act of kindness from the vet techs went a long way to helping me cope with hard decision I had to make. Thank you for your commitment to the animals and their human family members!
