We recently switched to this vet because my cat struggles with being in her carrier and traveling, so I wanted a clinic closer to home. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Micich and Kathy were incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with my cat, making the experience so much easier for both of us. Dr. Micich was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer any questions I had. The entire team made me feel so welcomed, and I’m truly grateful they were able to see my cat as a new patient. I’m very happy with the care we received and will be happy to bring my cat back for any care she may need in the future.

May 21, 2025 · DIANE COLIN-AVOLIOmy cat was gravely ill so naturally I came to this “animal hospital.” Instead of helping me with my sick cat who was barely breathing I was told that i had to have an appointment and they don’t take walk ins and told me to go to a place in Clifton. They didn’t offer to at least look at my cat or anything. Within 15 minutes of leaving my cat died.💔 absolutely no care in the world I hope this place goes out of businessDO NOT COME HERE!!! Go to a place that actually cares for your animals and not just money!!rip momo 🩷

We have been using them for many many years when it was just Dr. Dilts there. today that dog who is 14 was suffering terribly and we knew it was his last day. When calling the vet office at 8am we were told there were no appointments available until 1145. We asked, isn’t there any consideration for an emergency of this sort? We were told we should take him to an emergency vet if need be. Thankfully, my sister‘s vet was much more accommodating and said we can bring him right in despite the fact that he isn’t even a patient of theirs. I am totally disgusted.

But she’s also known for having a hard time getting to the vet as she hates the carrier. She’s made me late for our appts many times but the staff has been kind and understands. The other day a Dr Kennedy was rotating in as our regular Dr was out, and she was rude enough to make me leave the practice. I was 8 minutes late after battling my cat to get here and the techs tried to help get me in but the Dr said absolutely not come back another time … as my cat is howling. The Dr did not care and after trying to speak to the manager about it, she did not seem to care about losing a long term client either. Just figured others should know how the staff feels about losing patients that they suddenly stop having sympathy for. Don’t bother going here if you want to be let down in the long run.
