Jun 15, 2025 · tina heagneyDr. Kim is amazing! I have a rescue Pitbull named Korra and she treats Korra with so much kindness and respect. She is intelligent, empathetic, and understanding. My dog is fearful of the vet and Dr. Kim treats her so well. It is very relieving as a pet parent to know your animal is well taken care of. Mar 21, 2025 · Courtney SickelChanging from four stars to five stars because Dr. Mark is amazing. She even took the time today to watch little home videos of our cats saying she loved seeing them in their home environments. She saw my husband's cat and loved on him so much giving him tons of compliments. She asked about my cat remembering her by name and said she loved both of our cats. She even loves my little evil kitty! Best vet ever. We totally trust her.Nice location and office. Dr. Mark is amazing! She's the "Cat Whisperer". My seriously evil cat has never attacked her and she doesn't have to use the gloves or sedate her. Literally the only vet that has ever been able to handle her.
Jul 17, 2022 · Iva Marie GutowskiGiving 3 stars because the care and compassion are excellent, but the pricing is unreasonably high. We've been using this VCA for over 20 years, and it's always been expensive. However, when we needed to put down our dog about 14 years ago, and I was surprised and so grateful at the time (dealing with a terrible loss) that this VCA did not charge us for the visit, euthanasia, cremation, or wood box with the ashes. I know this is a relatively long time ago and things change, but we had to put down our 15 yr old cat this week.....and it cost $500. I was expecting some cost, but this is extremely high for a 6 pound cat and group cremation. At a time of loss, I would expect more consideration for the clients and less of a focus on profit.
Mar 07, 2025 · Marshall KMy husband brought our dog there about five weeks ago because she just didn’t seem right they said that she was perfectly fine and healthy. She definitely was not she begin shivering constantly and could not walk well. I brought her back to the vet Dr. Knight, and she squeezed up and down her spine and suggested that the dog was sensitive around the neck area. I watched there was nothing wrong around that area mind you my dog is 11 years old. A dog that is 11 years old may have some sensitive spots on her spine considering her age. I’ve been mentioned that she had a reaction to possibly a spider bite not too long ago and we brought her to the emergency room in Shrewsberry. The emergency room gave her a shot of Benadryl and then the next day she was fine. The Shrewsbury emergency room cost $170, which for an emergency room Vet, I thought that was pretty good. So this doctor Knight gave her a shot of Benadryl and had the gall to charge us $180 for 42 mg of Benadryl, which would cost less than a dollar. This definitely did not work . She tried to claim that she asked if I wanted an estimate. She never asked me that question. She charged us a total of $238 for absolutely nothing. I brought my dog back there the next day because she seemed a lot worse. This time she wanted to charge me $537 for tests, but still had no clue what was wrong with her. And by the way no matter how many times I corrected her she still kept calling my dog he when she was clearly a she. You would think a veterinarian wouldn’t know the difference between a male and a female dog. This doctor is a knightmare! Do not bring your dog or any pet to this woman she’s awful and has no clue what she is doing. All she is doing is trying to jack up her prices. We have been bringing our dog to VCA for a few years and the other doctors were just fine seem to know what they were doing and we never had any problems with them. Dr. Knight is awful! She should be ashamed of herself! Clearly she has no clue about how animals feel I don’t think the woman ever had a pet in her life.
