Probably going to look for a new vet after being left in the waiting room ignored for 30 minutes past our appointment with an anxious cat and my 4 year old daughter while everyone else who arrived after us was let in. Our assigned vet was apparently dealing with an emergency patient which I feel bad for but why they couldn’t shuffle providers to keep the order of patients or ask us to reschedule instead of leaving us waiting. They had no idea how much longer it would be when I asked what was going on and we were forced to walk out with no visit. Not at all apologetic about wasting our time at all - we’ve had okay service in the past but clearly it’s poorly managed and for the price of services I’d rather go somewhere that cares about their customers and animals. - Brianna Wing
