★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This clinic is one of the most caring of all the vets I have visited. Yesterday, upon leaving, my cat escaped my grasp. It was my fault that she wasn't secure in a carrier, but wrapped up in a towel (securely, I thought!). The whole staff were combing the property and businesses adjacent to the clinic by shared parking lots. I was beside myself and fearing the worst. But she was scooped up finally and put securely in a carrier. I thank God for the diligence, patience, and tenacity exhibited by all the staff members to make sure she was safe!
July 25 · Glenna HaveyToday I went to VCA Tomball for the first time with a little sick kitten I was fostering. Dr. Gresham and all the staff were so kind, compassionate, and accommodating. The office was very clean and sanitary. They rushed my kitten in and saw him immediately because he was so sick. I will definitely be going there again after the amazing customer service/care I received today. Thank you!
July 25 · Cherish LynchTook our 10 month old pittie pup in after he was displaying symptoms of a severe uti (blood in urine)They presented us with 2 plans, one was just to give him antibiotics/pain meds to treat a uti for $488The other over $1600 to do a urine analysis to actually check for a UTI and to do more testing to see if anything else is wrong with him.We chose the first option which we could barely afford but at least we could get our pup some antibiotics and pain medication. They offered to have him come in the next day to check his temperature for free. My husband took him in the next day and his fever was gone and he told them his urine Is even clearing up.To which they responded that they didn’t want him to leave because they were sure he probably has something else wrong with him and they wanted to do more extensive testing for $1600.When my husband explained that he wanted to wait out the antibiotics longer to see if he gets better (which he already has) they said well for the visit, fluids and b12 that will be another $300. Which was not explained to us at all we were told the temperature check would be free. They attempted to trick us into paying even more.He again explained that we can’t afford any more and that we want to finish out his antibiotics the vet tech responded “Soooo you’re just not going to treat him then??” Making him feel guilty. When he responded with “no ma’am” she just walked out of the room. This Veterinary clinic makes you feel like they just want to get the most money out of you and treat you coldly when you can’t afford their most unnecessary and extensive testing.I understand wanting to do more testing to be safe, but not even fully explaining why more testing Is necessary and guilt tripping when someone can’t afford more than the basic treatment plan is wrong. Will not be returning here!
April 26 · Crystal LujanThe cost to board is ridiculous. The prices are too much and never did get a callback regarding my troubles. I love Dr Gresham, he's helped my dog a lot but the cost for their services are outrageous and not fully explained. I will never board my babies again and I will warn others not to as well
July 09 · C J BI am writing this review for the unprofessional, poor quality, service I received. I took my kitten in to get a checkup and rabies shots, the vet tech came in and commented how cute my kitten was and brought the kitten into the back. I heard a lot of meowing and they vet and the vet tech brought the kitten back saying they were unable to provide any services because they were unable to control the kitten.I did not see my kitten bite the vet tech. They told me the kitten should be sedated and I should come back when that happens, I asked them how much that would. I am a working mom with a small child on a budget ,and they went into the back to find out. I heard the vet yell to the vet tech “report it! You need to report it!” And then the vet tech asked (I am assuming another vet tech) what to do and if she should go to the urgent care. That vet tech told her she needed to get a shot in her butt. I am not sure why they would not have trained the vet tech what to do in this situation. They did not come to me and tell me how I would be fined later for the bite. I go home and a little later public health knocks on my door and says I need to get the cat examined in 24 hours or I would be fined 500 dollars, again no mention of this from the vet or vet tech. I took this kitten into tomball vca to have one less cat off the street and I can not trust them to be able to handle a kitten. Please train your vet techs on how to handle kittens and protocols if they should get bit, also be aware clients can hear what you say behind the door ,especially if you are a loud talker.
