Avenue 26 Small Animal Hospital Reviews
Horrible service. Had to take my Doberman there due to the Altadena Hospital is not open due to the recent fire. Had a 10:30 appointment waited over an hour to see the doctor who was the only one working. Awaiting to hear back about my dog bloodwork has been 3 days and had to call them which they mentioned that the doctor would get back to me. Incompetent staff. Don’t answer their phone. Late opening up the clinic. Would go to another hospital but my Vet doctor is currently working there due to recent Eaton fire. Will be glad when the Altadena Hospital Clinic is opened and back in business
Feb 26, 2025 · Kelley FranceIt was my first time bringing my dog to this shelter. I got there about 30 minutes before it opened to get a parking spot because its a very small parking lot. They were understanding that my dog was aggressive so they gave me a muzzle to put on him & they took him inside to give him the shots then brought him back out to my car. I loved Gladys because she was kind and understanding. Definitely coming back!
Feb 17, 2021 · Cassandra CarreraApparently they don't do surgeries here. I took my sweet boy in because he was throwing up and having diarrhea. They checked him and told me he had a urethral blockage and that i had to go somewhere else for surgery. My sweet boy died a couple hours after leaving this Hospital. I wish the vet would have told me he was too ill to have the surgery and that it would have been best to put him down. So heartbreaking.
