VCA Ventana Animal Hospital Reviews
Dr. Sean and his team were life saving! I took my 7 year old English Bulldog here for a ruptured eye after having a horrible experience at another vet hospital in albuquerque. They were compassionate, fast acting and affordable. They actually cared for my fur baby and cared for our family! 10/10 would recommend them and we will continue coming here.
Jul 24, 2025 · Santana HerreraVet didn't even answer the questions on a list I went thru with the assistant. He walked in and just stated I need to get rid of her because she bit my grandson. Didn't even suggest a solution nor did he go over the other questions I had. I was so upset at that point I couldn't even think. I would never recommend this place with that doctor. I just adopted her and she is so sweet and loving to me that I couldn't do that to her. I will find a solution myself.
Jul 18, 2025 · Cathy AdrianMy Sam and Lola were patients at Ventana for about 5 years from around 2017-2022. They received awesome care. My biggest memory is we had a problematic lymph node on Lola and I received personable advice on opting for surgery to remove it. I have no doubt they saved my dogs life. She is now going on 14. Unfortunately we lost Sam this year. We also had dental care peformed here. We love our pets dearly, and I would definitely recommend this vet. I would 100% trust them to do any procedures or surgeries.
Jun 01, 2025 · Corey AldenHappy healthy dogs🥳 Great place to get a doggy checkup. Friendly and professional environment for humans and dogos
Mar 07, 2025 · humberto inguanzoI've had some pretty bad experiences with vets in the past, similar to human doctors you really question why some of them pick that field. That is not the case here, all the techs and the doctor were so sweet and understanding. My dog is 16 years old and I came today kind of panicked because she's wobbly, with a dog that old changes in her typically set off alarm bells. My old girl also has been really uncomfortable with vet staff in the past but she loved the doc and the techs. Got a treatment plan set up and we were out the door in maybe an hour and half but also didn't feel like we were being rushed out the door either. We've been contemplating getting her and her younger brother set up at a new vet since moving to the Westside and I think we found it. Hopefully the next appointment will be a planned visit and not a "oh no, we gotta go NOW" situation.Cannot recommend enough
