Their specialized focus, combined with their state-of-the-art facilities, makes them a valuable partner for any horse owner. The importance of having a reliable, on-site hospital for emergencies cannot be overstated. As one client shared, the hospital was able to "fit us in when my mare cut her leg open" and made a "very stressful situation much more comfortable." The ability to provide thorough and kind care in a frantic situation is a powerful testament to their professionalism and compassion. The reviewer’s comment that the "facility was phenomenal" further highlights the quality of their resources.
However, it is important to note that experiences can vary, as shown by another review. This highlights the importance of communication in veterinary care, especially during stressful emergencies. While the positive review demonstrates the hospital's capacity for expert, compassionate care, the negative feedback underscores the need for clear communication and understanding from both the client and the clinic.

June 12 · Brittnai PytlarUnhelpful in an emergency. Not understanding the situation and the fact that I was frantic and trying to find my horse help and no one would come see him. Shamed me for not getting him care but I explained that I had called my primary vet and they brushed my emergency off. Proceeded to hang up on me and told me to get help elsewhere.
May 10 · Maddy GarciaExcellent and refreshing facility. They absolutely love my little Sugar (miniature horse filly) and she was quite comfortable with them. I feel so much relaxed knowing my girl has such great care....now if only we can find human doctors like them!
