The clinic's staff is trained to handle a variety of pet temperaments, with a focus on patience and gentleness, as evidenced by a client's positive experience with a "resistant German Shepard." Vetco Vaccination Clinic Reviews
rabies shot
★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1First off all, the cashiers are really nice... the manager too, they apologized for the employee's behavior several times. VETCO is different than Petco. So they cannot do anything about employee's that work for VETCO its separate. Soooo we walk in, our male dog peed ...one of the male employees where you check in your pet for the vet, instantly started raising his voice and repeatedly kept saying "we have a clean up station right here", in a aggravated manner. Of course we are gonna clean up after our animal lol... so anyways we brought our male adult dog for his rabies vaccine... because he is over due, the employee called my husband a irresponsible pet owner because he does not have all his shots up to date, he didn't explain what shots are important or what was needed, my husband got mad because instead of talking and explaining to him what our dog needed.... he was just insulting him, and provoking him to get a reaction, shouting and saying "BYEEEE" I DONT CARE" ,he just kept rudely saying "BYEEEE" and snapping his fingers.... he was cocky, full of attiude, and played victim to all his coworkers which is hilarious, I walked back because you know, they all group up and talk about how rude the customer was but not what really caused the reaction!, I told him go ahead down play your part, but you provoked him and me,and he definitely got the reaction he was seeking.....your job is to educate people, NOT belittle or degrade them, nobody is gonna listen to you when you're insulting them lol, they're instantly going to get pissed off. Do better Learn some peopleskills, some people of the LGBTQ community think they are untouchable and can say and do whatever they want based on they're lifestyle. I don't care if your 5'1 and act like a sassy drama queen. Act professional at your work place,Treat people with respect and you'll get the same in return it's really not that hard. Davis, Brandon. Whatever your names are.
August 15 · Scott SelbyI took both my senior dogs into Petco today for their 3 year. Rabies shot, that's all they got as far as vaccinations. That's all they needed. I was charged $265. I'm not happy about that.
April 17 · Kathleen WI took my rottweiler Rocky to vetco clinic today. We had a terrible experience. They had no exam table and vet was having a hard time bending down to exam my dog. She abruptly did his shots and poked him several times trying to draw his blood because she could barely bend down. Which in turn got my dog very upset and he started to growl. She said thats it, im done cant get it! My Rocky has a great temperament and have never seen him get like this! Will never bring him back here.
November 21 · vimaris sotoI got rabies vaccine for two of my three dogs here. They were not able to give me my tags for Boone county. I did not know how difficult it would be for me to get into my local animal services because they are appointment only. So not only did I spend 80$ for the vaccine I then had to play back and forth for the county tag. I think your employees were nice, but if you’re going to offer a service it should be the whole service not part of it. It was not very sanitary, I will just go to a walk in clinic next time.
March 22 · Haley KieserThe Petco vaccination clinic offers an affordable opportunity to Get your pets vaccinated. The appointments are only five minutes long so you have to make sure you’re on time, but they were very gentle with my cat. They also provide you with the rabies certificate and a little file folder with everything you need in it.
