Vetco Vaccination Clinic focuses primarily on essential preventive care services for dogs and cats. While they are not a full-service animal hospital equipped for complex medical issues or emergencies, they provide vital services designed to keep your pet healthy and protected from common diseases.
- Vaccinations: Offering a range of core and non-core vaccinations for puppies, dogs, kittens, and cats, including rabies, distemper, parvovirus, leptospirosis, canine influenza, Bordetella (kennel cough), feline leukemia (FeLV), and feline 3-in-1 (FVRCP).
- Microchipping: Providing microchip implantation services for permanent identification, significantly increasing the chances of reuniting lost pets with their owners.
- Flea, Tick & Heartworm Prevention: Offering prescription flea and tick prevention products and heartworm prevention medications. They can also perform heartworm and tick-borne disease testing.
- Deworming: Administering deworming treatments as needed, particularly for puppies and kittens, and performing fecal testing to identify intestinal parasites.
- Basic Health Checks / Vital Signs: During a visit, the veterinary team performs a basic health check, which typically includes taking temperature and checking heart and respiration rates. While generally focused on ensuring the pet is healthy enough for vaccines, some locations may offer a more comprehensive nose-to-tail exam within their scope.

Vetco Vaccination Clinic Reviews
Experience was good as my dog got the treatment he needed. They spent time trying to get him on the scale to no avail. The only small complaint that I have is that I thought the exam could have been longer and more done than just temperature and heart/respirations. They also couldn't do the flea and tick medication as it was 6:00. Though for same day appointment and how busy it was, they did a great job. I do have a St Bernard dog and not a Bernese mountain dog as the visit record indicates.
Mar 03, 2025 · Todd ForryHad a grooming appt for my dog and couldn't make the 3:10 appt I had. Called, was able to make a later appt for the same day, arrived a bit early and was seen. Vet and her assistants were very friendly and helpful.
