She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring pet owners understand the diagnosis, treatment process, and the "why" behind each step. This level of communication helps alleviate owner anxiety and fosters trust.
- Effective Problem Resolution: A recurring theme in customer feedback is the clinic's ability to achieve positive outcomes for challenging conditions that have not responded to previous treatments. Pets with chronic itchiness and yeast issues, for example, have found significant relief and improved well-being under their care.
- Focus on Long-Term Wellness: Beyond immediate symptom relief, the clinic helps establish maintenance plans to prevent recurrence of dermatological issues, empowering owners with the knowledge and tools to keep their pets comfortable and healthy in the long run.

Veterinary Dermatology Service Reviews
I brought my dog to Dr. Globus after chronic ear infections that did not resolve over a year, chronic licking of her paws and generalized itchiness. We came up with a treatment plan to get rid of the ear infection and inflamed paws. After a month the ear infection was gone. My dog is no longer licking her paws and we have a maintenance plan in place to prevent these from becoming an issue in the future. Dr. Globus was amazing to work with, very knowledgeable and I cannot recommend her enough. I will definitely be back if there are issues in the future.
Jun 05, 2025 · Traci SlaneDr. Globus is amazing! I have a very itchy, yeast dog and she helped him feel better as well as help me keep my sanity intact. She’s amazing with all her patients and takes the time to explain how everything works and why we’re doing it. I’d never take my pets to any of dermatologist. Fig and I are so appreciative of the thoughtfulness and knowledge she provides.
May 20, 2024 · Brittany KorzenowskiI would NOT recommend Dr. Globus as your pets dermatologist. She was an hr late to the appointment, she didn’t bring the immunotherapy that was promised for this appointment (blaming her error on her technician), she did not like it that I had a difference of opinion on some of MY dogs treatment plan, and she was very abrasive the two times my dog has had appointments with her! She lied to cover her error of forgetting the immunotherapy, brags about her PHD to try and belittle you, raises her voice when she is questioned, and slams doors when she is mad. Plus, the whole reason I went to the second appointment (traveled an hour) was to get the immunotherapy treatment because prior to going, I had already made an appointment with a different dermatologist because of my first experience with her. Please be warned!
May 04, 2024 · Patty HalversonMy dog Molly has been suffering from chronic ear infections and itchiness for 4+ years. She has had multiple vet visits and said it was from her floppy ears and moisture. They said it was common for her breed (Shorkie). She was treated with ear drops that only treated the inflammation but not the underlying problem.I was recommended Dr Globus. If only we had known about her years ago, I could have saved my Molly years of misery. When she did her assessment on Molly I knew we were in the right place and she was gonna take care of my little girl. She literally sat on the floor with Molly making friends!!!Molly’s ears and paws were positive for yeast. She sent us home with a regime and a month later returned to the clinic. Molly is no longer having any issues and we are pretty sure the culprit causing her issues is the chicken in her diet. Dr Globus didn’t put Molly through allergy testing right off the bat and instead did process of elimination. In one month we had our answers! She is amazing and truly cares about our fur babies! She even took the time to call me half way through Molly’s treatment plan to see how she was doing.I highly recommended Dr. Globus and am very thankful for what she did for us! She fixed a problem we have been dealing with for years in just a month!Thank you Dr Globus and your team! 😊❤️
Jun 01, 2019 · Grace PagnacMy dog Emma (Golden Retriever) has had seasonal allergy issues for about five years that would cause extreme redness in her ears and uncontrollable itching. I took her to numerous vets whom offered treatments, but never gave her a proper diagnosis. We came home one night to find a bloody mess all over the floor, Emma had hot spots on her face and had scratched it raw. That is when I finally decided to get her checked for allergies and found Dr. Globus at a nearby clinic in Golden Valley. She and Carol were immediately able to diagnose her and gave proper treatment for both the ear infection and yeast infection that had spread to her face. She was tested for allergies and based on her results, was given a cocktail specific to her needs. I have been giving her a small shot every week for almost a year as well as some topical spray when needed and the results have been amazing! Her ears have been clear for the past four months and although a couple hot spots came back, they were much less intense and I already had what I needed to treat them. Since visiting Dr. Globus, Emma has not scratched her face at all. After years and years of treatment with no real solution, I finally have hope that I can manage (and prevent some of) Emma's allergic reactions so that she isn't miserable every time there is a drastic change in the seasons (which happens often in MN). Dr. Globus and Carol are both wonderful and Emma looks forward to seeing them, even though it's less often now that she is feeling better. I can't thank them enough for what they have done to mitigate her suffering, she is finally back to her energetic self!
