We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Olivero and his amazing team for saving our dog Cream’s eye. We traveled all the way from Winnipeg, Canada, after our local specialty diagnosed Cream with glaucoma, lens luxation, and cataracts in November 2024. We were heartbroken to be told there was nothing more to be done except lifelong eye drops and, eventually, eye removal. For us and for our energetic Boston Terrier, that was a devastating prospect. After doing some research, we found Dr. Olivero and his team and were able to schedule a consultation without any issues. From the very first visit, we were impressed by Dr. Olivero’s professionalism and the advanced ophthalmology equipment he uses. He was able to pinpoint the cause of Cream’s high eye pressure — a critical step in treating a Boston Terrier. This gave us confidence and hope moving forward with surgery.Cream underwent surgery in February 2025, and everything went perfectly. She received excellent care throughout the entire process. Despite each follow-up visit requiring a 7-hour drive and crossing the border, it has all been absolutely worth it. Cream is now back to enjoying her life in every season — playful, happy, and pain-free.Thank you, Dr. Olivero and team, for giving our girl her best vision and quality of life back. - Yuhan Liu
