★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Absolutely amazing animal hospital! I had recently moved to the area when I noticed my pup was super sick. They were able to get me in very shortly after and took the best care of him. He had to stay there for the day and they took such good care of him. They answered my questions, dealt with my anxiety and made sure to call for a few days after to check on him. I have already recommended them to my parents who just got a puppy! The front desk, to the vet techs and to the vets, everyone is so friendly. So thankful I found a vet I love! Thanks everyone!!
August 27 · LindsayWe have been with Walnut Grove for 20 years! Starting with Dr. McWilliams who owned the practice at that time and moving along to our now primary Dr. Hancock. The love we have for him, Lisa, and Charity is unsurpassed! The loving care they show each patient and the family is amazing. Everyone is top notch. I took my new dog, Maggie, who was abused and afraid of everything to the clinic yesterday for an annual check up. She didn’t hide, shake, or bark once!! The atmosphere was very peaceful and calm. She even allowed Bethany to clip her nails! We have had to euthanize several fur babies in the past. The compassion and love is as if it were their own baby! They even contacted 2 of the previous techs to let them know our Oz had passed. That’s what family looks like y’all! The quiet peaceful room is very needed as you hold your baby and they drift over the rainbow bridge. The paw and nose prints become a loving memory you have forever! The plaster of Paris paw print is also so comforting.I would challenge you to find a better veterinary clinic! You cannot!
July 26 · Sharyn MerrittI am not just grateful for the way they treat my dog, im grateful for the way they treat me. They know we are a single income home and that every dollar counts. Let's just say there are times the dog eats better than we do (ha ha). This vet never tries to do unnecessary things which makes him honest and trustworthy. If you're new to Walton, Rochdale or Newton and need a vet, this is a great choice.
August 26 · Tricia SharpeWe knew something wrong with our sweet kitty. After years with another vet, we came to the Walnut Grove Animal Hospital desperate for answers. Dr. Bremer was so kind, thorough and sympathetic. The staff was welcoming and cheerful. I wish we had made the change sooner.
July 26 · Jennifer ParkerWe had our first experience today at Walnut Grove Animal Hospital. My expectations were blown away. We were very nervous about this appointment and feared getting bad news about our old man Leland's health. Soon as we walked in the front desk lady was super friendly and greeted us and had us bring our dog over to the scale and then straight to a room. The tech Alaina came in within seconds. She was so nice, listened, took notes, asked great questions, and loved on Leland. He liked her right away (he doesn't just like anyone and takes a while to warm up with strangers). She was very gentle with him while taking his vitals. Huge plus was her speaking to him like he was a baby just like I do. Dr. Bremer came in and instantly started loving on Leland and he loved her right back. That made me feel much more comfortable. He was already in a lot of pain and I didnt want this to be a stressful time for him. She talked, listened and asked a lot of questions to get the full picture of what was going on. She was very understanding of our budget and we were able to come up with a plan that everyone was comfortable with. Nothing felt forced at all. She explained every step of the exam and everything that she felt or noticed. She didnt just talk in doctor terms, she broke it down. She went over x ray results in great detail and explained next steps. Absolutely could not be more happy with this practice. Hate that we had to meet them under the painful circumstances that we did, but i feel confident that they will help us make his senior years as pain-free as possible and I will trust their judgement when the time comes to put him down so he isn't suffering.
