Warren Animal Hospital: Mello Richard M DVM Reviews
Dr Richard Mello is the owner & vet. He is very dedicated to his patients & although he retired many years ago..he is still there treating his patients most days.WAH is very busy and the worldwide shortage of vets does not help. They are overwhelmed by people bringing their babies to them. They are often booked at least a month out for routine visits. They do their best to accommodate emergency calls. WAH tries to keep their fees reasonable and will work out a payment plan with you if you're honest!Dr Mello's daughter, Dr Jodi is also an experienced excellent vet there for many years. I've heard another long time vet is retiring soon. They have reduced their hours since COVID to Monday- Friday.I highly recommend WAH.
Jun 16, 2023 · Phyllis ManchesterMy dog is 18yrs.old and weight just under 11lbs. She is so fragile and they treated her with the utmost care and gave her a thorough exam. I would not take her anywhere else.. Thank you Dr. Jody and staff!..
Feb 13, 2021 · Rodney PachecoAfter forty years of going to Dr. Mello's, we've moved away, but I miss the whole gang terribly. They saw us through many animals, birth to death, and were always loving and caring. Now that we are in Maine, I've got to find new vets. But they will never equal Dr. Mello, and Jody and Dr. Crane and Alice and Jan and all the rest. Love you!
