Waterbury Veterinary Hospital Reviews
I called in for an urgent care appt and they got me in. The guy who was bringing me all the paperwork and took my dog in was so nice and helpful. He always checked up on me due to a longer wait time but I did not mind at all. My poor little whiskey(dog name) had a cyst and they gave me medication and the doctor was so nice as well. I know she treated him well since I was not able to go in.
Jul 03, 2025 · alice LoraGreat experience! I am new to the area and had to rush my dog to this veterinary one evening recently. The vet was very communicative and informative. She was able to identify the issue my dog was experiencing and got my dog back to herself. They are open late, which is a plus. I would definitely use this vet again, as I believe I've found my new local vet. Thank you again!
Apr 15, 2025 · LisaI just want to say that I appreciate the health service provided to my baby. He went in for his vaccines, and for the teeth clean up and extraction. I know that I could not come inside, but I totally understood because my dog does get nervous around other dogs. His anxiety levels just go up the roof, when he's with other dogs. This worked out great for the both of us. This was beneficial to my my dogs health. The vet was very nice, and very knowledgeable. She called me many times to explains the different things that they were going to do to Gizmo. I was nervous myself because a few month ago Gizmo was playing somewhat rough with a family member and he's kind of older now, and his front teeth became loose. also of course because he is very rough with hes toys and tends to pull and bite hard on the toys. luckily, I found this wonderful place and they resolved the problem. He is doing so good. I'm so glad I took him to this wonderful place, they gave him the best care, I thank all the employees specially the Veterinarian. They were extremely kind to Gizmo. They even trimmed his nails a not cost. I really appreciate them with he bottom of my heart. Now at least I know that Gizmo is not in pain and hes definitely in good shape after his blood test were done. it shows he's doing very well health wise. So no other problem found. That was relieve for me, I definitely trust them. I will make sure I take my other baby Onyx to them for her vaccines. Thank you guys for the wonderful service!
Apr 04, 2025 · ANGELA SAMOS-GUARDIAI am currently waiting to get my 2 month old kitty back from them. There’s a bunch wrong with her but they are definitely working with me to make it all work out! The communication is impeccable from the doctor to the gentleman that came outside to get the baby kitten. There’s no way to be overcharged if you have it all in writing in front of you and you communicate what’s feasible for you! My funds aren’t the best but they worked with me to prioritize what was more important for right now. I am super grateful for this urgent care as a first timer! I will definitely come back that’s for sure! Thank you guys!
Apr 15, 2025 · Rosa BetancourtI Would Not Neverrrrrrrrr Recommend This Place The Ladys That Were There Were Very Rude & Distasteful. I Called To Make An Appointment and I Spoke To Dr.Romanelo However Her Name Is & She Put Me Down And Said It Was Okay to Come I Arrive & Instantly They Didn’t See No Documentation About Her Speaking With Me Or Telling Me To Come In With My Dog That Is Very Sick. I left & Called Back to Speak with a supervisor and the Dr.Romanelo said she is a supervisor she calls the shots and spoke to me very disrespectful asking me what do I want I told her to speak with a supervisor & she hangs up the phone while I’m speaking. Digusting and I’m happy my dog wasn’t seened her place look dark and scary.
