August 23 · Chavez ValorieIf you value your pet's life do not bring them to this Vet Clinic!!!!! They vaccinated my kitten 2 days ago and he is currently in the emergency Vet Clinic. Long story short my kitten was vaccinated 2 days ago and he was declining rapidly I reached out to the clinic and told them that my cat is limping he has an extremely high fever he won't wake up he's not eating... the woman who I was speaking with told me that it was not possible for my cat to have a vaccination reaction after 24 hours mind you we are at the 48 hours mark now.. she proceeded to tell me that maybe my kitten had fallen and gotten injured.. I reminded her that my kitten has extremely high fever and is very lethargic and has been in my care 24/7 since the vaccine and had not gotten injured and is limping from what I believe due to the vaccine, she told me that she had put in an urgent request to the doctor to call me back immediately.. after not hearing back from them I called a second time and she assured me that they would be following up 8 hours later my kitten and I are in the emergency vet fighting for his life due to the lack of care or support from this place I will be reaching Veterinary State Department and DORA to see if this place can be shut down!! Also when I was there for the appointment as I asked if I could just briefly speak to the doctor for a moment and I was told he was too busy to talk to anybody that he was back to back in rooms.. which I would have understood however I had seen the doctor a couple of times in and out of rooms obviously I understand he's busy but I would have waited, I was very concerned and he was clearly not ! Like I said in the beginning of this if you value your pet in their lives keep them away from here once I reach out to the the veterinary board hopefully they will do something!! ::::: Update. After a couple rounds of pushing fluids and being sent home with antibiotics and some other care needs hopefully my little kit will be on the mend🙏
May 30 · OdessaI had one of my dog's neutered here and my other had a dental cleaning, vaccines and blood work done. I just want to say that Randy (I hope that's his name) was very helpful and knows what he is doing. Going under for dogs is no joke, and they make sure the dogs are doing well before going home. The vet did a great job too, I just didn't meet them after the visit. My dog who got the dental cleaning is aggressive when at the vet office (PTSD) and Randy and the vet were super sweet and understanding.Anyways, thank you Well Pet for keeping my boys healthy!
September 07 · Ariana OliveiraI’ve been bringing both my cats here for checkups or minor illnesses for almost 2 years now and everyone here is so nice and knowledgeable. They handled both of my girls so gently while still doing what needs to be done for a proper evaluation.I feel the Doctors, techs, and front desk personnel (I’m sorry, I don’t know if you’re also techs as well and wanted to include you just in case!) have taken all my questions or concerns with full attention/understanding as well.Truly a vet clinic full of staff that cares.
January 31 · Marc PerezGreat option for pet health in Longmont. We had Squeeks in for his first visit post-adoption. Staff was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. There was only a short wait before we were seen.
