I had to put my 16 1/2yr old cat down on 4/25/25. The staff here was amazing and very caring throughout the entire process from the initial phone call, to the visit, procedure, follow up and the picking up of her ashes and memorial paw print. As a long time owner of pets, this has by far been the most incredible and kind experience I have ever had! Every single staff member was genuinely empathetic to my daughter and I both in person and over the phone on all occasions. The vet Alex talked to us in a very sincere manner asking questions about her life while administering the euthanasia drugs, making our cat JazZ’s transition not as hard as it had been with past experiences going through this. Her bedside demeanor was superb, above and beyond my expectations. When I came to pick up her ashes a week later, I was in tears as there was a condolence card that was not only signed by all the staff but each one took a moment to write a personal message. No matter where I live in Colorado, I will forever take my pets to them for our needs. Thank you all so much for your kind words and loving support through this difficult time. I can’t say enough about how absolutely wonderful you all truly are! 🥹❤️ - KaTe NonyaZ (KL2e)
