★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had to put my 16 1/2yr old cat down on 4/25/25. The staff here was amazing and very caring throughout the entire process from the initial phone call, to the visit, procedure, follow up and the picking up of her ashes and memorial paw print. As a long time owner of pets, this has by far been the most incredible and kind experience I have ever had! Every single staff member was genuinely empathetic to my daughter and I both in person and over the phone on all occasions. The vet Alex talked to us in a very sincere manner asking questions about her life while administering the euthanasia drugs, making our cat JazZ’s transition not as hard as it had been with past experiences going through this. Her bedside demeanor was superb, above and beyond my expectations. When I came to pick up her ashes a week later, I was in tears as there was a condolence card that was not only signed by all the staff but each one took a moment to write a personal message. No matter where I live in Colorado, I will forever take my pets to them for our needs. Thank you all so much for your kind words and loving support through this difficult time. I can’t say enough about how absolutely wonderful you all truly are! 🥹❤️
May 04 · KaTe NonyaZ (KL2e)LSAH is the very best vet around! We’ve gone through it all with them and they are always supportive, kind, knowledgeable, and help us to make the best decisions for our pups and kitties. We’re long time patients and we’ll never go anywhere else.
March 11 · Janie OsifI give this hospital the highest reviews. Because of their patient care and how thorough they are with animals. Evelyn has cared for my dogs and did great care on their surgery. The whole team. My dog had dental issues for years and the other vet never told me. Because of these guys I was able to save my dog's life. I brought my brother's dog here because he is having serious allergy issues, evelyn was right on top of it, and within days, this dog is doing so much better. I highly recommend these guys because they do a thorough job and truly care about your animals.
June 04 · Sheri MWhen I moved, we had to have vaccinations updated. It put me in a time crunch, especially over the weekend. I did pay a fee for an emergency visit on a Saturday, and from phone call to exit, they were great. My dog has a reactive history, (very rare anymore, but better safe than sorry) and I let them know when I called. This staff was phenomenal with us, cleared a hallway so we could walk to the exam room, and every motion made during his exam and shots was considerate of my dogs comfort. We both left happy :)
May 05 · Val AllenLSAH was recommended to us by our vet when our dog swallowed a fishhook. We were able to see a veterinarian immediately. When the clinic determined to procedure needed was beyond their clinic's capabilities they were able to quickly get us scheduled at one that could handle the removal procedure. Highly recommend this place.
