★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- WVRC have been absolutely fantastic in caring for our dog, Regal, during her chemotherapy treatments for lymphoma. From day one, every member of the team—from reception to the doctors—made us feel genuinely welcome and supported. Most importantly, they treated Regal with so much love and compassion. We’re thrilled to say that Regal completed her treatment, beat cancer, and is now doing great!A heartfelt thank you to Normandy, Dr. Shultz, Dr. Goodman, and the entire oncology team. - WVRC literally saved my dog's life. The vet tech even stopped us from explaining what was wrong so she could rush him back to triage and begin treatment. The vet explained her thoughts in a manner we could understand. They're pricing was very fair.I can't say enough how thankful I am for saving my dog's life. August 21 · Becky H.
- After reading the other reviews I know I’m not wrong and I know I just lost my dog to some very un caring vets and that I could have moved my dog to another hospital they were literally acting like I could take her home my options were to euthanize or give them another $3000 they spent close and make me put down almost $6000!!! And still forced me to kill my dog!! Literally all they were worried about was money and oh they had ways to spend every dollar. I should have took my dog home!!! Prior to her injury she was 100% healthy never had any health issues ever besides happy tail everything that was going on was due to injury and medication side effects they weren’t trying to hear anything they just wanted more money and weren’t even treating her.If I could have ran IV antibiotics and fluids at home I would have. Yall disgust me especially that vet that worked nights oh god she was so cold and they really were trying to tell me this had nothing to do with her injuries. A 100% healthy 4 year old dog.My dog was in a fight and had an injury and they were trying to tell me it was life long and nothing to do with the injury my dog came in walking. In the 24 hours they had her she wasn’t walking anymore. The original vet said I’d be able to bring her red light and they’d give her the gabapentin to keep her moving I was afraid if I left her to be treated for the pneumonia that she had.She also had mega esophagus because she was throwing up for weeks not because she just developed it and it can definitely be curved or settle itself in a few days of not throwing up.She needed to be treated for pneumonia kept on therapy and gabapentin needed fluids and had her nausea treated I should have checked her meds to see if they even gave her, her medication she came in there with.Your team are murders and the work you do is not all heroic.Do NOT bring your dog here!! - Our 10 year old, soon to be 11 years old Parti-poodle Jackson became ill and we brought him to WVRC for treatment. The doctors and staff there were great. They treated him with great care and compassion. We were kept informed of his condition daily. He crossed the "Rainbow Bridge on July 15 with us by his sideWe thank you greatly for your care and thoughtfulness. Ron & Cathy July 16 · Catherine Maas
- They were very understanding and took their time to explain to me what was going on with my pet and offer me options. It was so traumatizing loosing Milo but they were so sweet and professional and let me process the loss of my dog in my own way. I only regret that I did not take him instead here instead of another ER when my dog initially got sick, because maybe they would have been able to diagnose what was going on with him. The staff was very knowledgeable and understanding. June 14 · Natalia Rojas
