Nemo Aquarium Reviews
My trip to Nemo Aquarium was well worth the trip. I just started a new salt water aquarium, I've been in the hobby for over 45 years. There are 4 Aquarium stores within a 20-minute drive from my house that I frequent often, but none of them had what I was looking for.I reached out to some online friends for this particular fish, and Nemo Aquarium was the only recommended store front that had the hard to find Yellow tang. So, the wife and I jumped into the truck and headed out on the hour drive to Nemo Aquarium. We arrived at the store front and were pleasantly surprised with the overall appearance of the store. Nemo had a few different show tanks with different species of salt water fish and fresh water fish. The store was clean and very well maintained. This store had a large variety of salt water and fresh water fish for sale. We looked hard and long and thru every tank, especially for the perfect Yellow tang to bring home. We loved the customer service Benny gave us. He stayed with us throughout the whole shopping spree. We found the perfect Yellow tang to take home with along with 6 other fish. Benny was very knowledgeable about every question we asked. We spent over 2 hours walking from tank to tank.I recommend this aquarium store if you're new to the hobby or just looking for something new to add to your aquarium.5 star service and the prices were not too bad at all.
Jan 15, 2025 · Craig DamonI have 3 established tanks. I am not new to the hobby. I traveled over an hour to visit this store based on reviews. The store was extremely clean and well stocked. However, I was in the store and watched as staff overlooked me to help others (non Black) customers that entered after I did. 2 staff members walked passed me and nothing. I even observed one of the staff members cheerfully greet a white male customer as he walked in and completely ignore me. As I was walking out, a staff member asked if I needed anything. REALLY??? I KNOW people are not used to Black women being in this hobby, but when you are running a business, you should treat everyone that walks in your establishment with the same respect.
