Petco Reviews
Brightened my whole week in a million ways, even at closing at the end of what must be a very long hard day every employee was so so sweet and kind and full of energy. It was contagious how deeply everyone cared about the animals, cared that they were healthy and happy, they had relationships with the animals that was beautiful to see. I wish the very best the world has to offer to everyone there (genuinely made the roughest day I’ve had in years full of so much joy) and I wish the very best to Frankie the Ferret and the kind kind person who takes care of him.
Jun 28, 2025 · Lily Witter-JefferyWent during happy hour to have my Lucy dog's nails clipped. They were so good with her, she didn't put up a big struggle as she does with us. I was so pleased the way they were able to keep her calm, and not act like she was being tormented, as she does when we attempt to trim her nails. A great experience, we will be returning. Thank you so much Petco❣️
Jul 04, 2025 · Annette MarshallCatherine, the Fairy Princess. This crew has always been the most entertaining and accommodating so far. A guy with long blond hair made me and my hubby wait for about 15 minutes cos he was talking different topics to a client he was serving. Catherine came to the rescue to get our shrimps and she even looked extra just to make sure we would be able to bring home sone ghost shrimps. She has helped me and my husband a few times as well with the fish section. I went by myself one time. I am new to the US, so I am still unfamiliar with the coins. Catherine helped me out in counting it to pay the right amount. I know it’s embarrassing on my end. But hey, Catherine has always been to the rescue! You guys need more people like her!
Feb 04, 2025 · Kim LustreGreat location. Takes great care of their animals and staff is very knowledgeable. Store is clean and easy to find what your looking for. They have a great selection of frozen fish food.
May 29, 2025 · Garrett Hunt!!!This is unacceptable!!! As a fish hobbyist, I say never buy fish from here. Maybe other related items, but even their plants are half dead. Over 50% of their tanks were "not for sale, under observation." I understand that, and it's its good practice to not sell noticeable sick fish. However, to allow dead fish to be sucked up into the filter intake and leave them there causes not only water flow issues and temperature but extreme dispensing of ammonia and nitrites to rise in the tank and kill other live fish! It was disgusting! To top it off, I listened to an employee trying to "inform" and sell neon tetras to a younger person with a 2 gal tank! They need to be in maybe a 10, for sure, 20, and in a large group of 6 to be happy and healthy! The last pic is the worst. That glob was molded, which means it's been there for a long time! I apologize for the bad pictures.
