★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. Reynolds and Dr. Le take care of all 3 of my puppers. Our first experience with them was with our old lady dog, Lucy, for her annuals. They were so gentle with her and did their best to make her feel at ease even though she was shaking in fear. They explained their recommendations for medications to help with her arthritis, but I never felt "sold to" or talked into buying prescriptions.Later that same day, our senior dog, Rocko, had what must have been a massive heart attack. I rushed him to the office, and they did what they could, even carrying him from my car to the back. He was already gone by the time we arrived, but they still tried to revive him to give me peace of mind that I had done everything possible. They handled his cremation for us and showed all the empathy the situation called for. We even got to go to the back and hold his paw one more time to say goodbye. We have a younger dog, Nike, who is a sweetheart but has a nervous bladder. No one at the office made a stink about him peeing on their clothes. "It happens," they said. He got the best of care and they advised me on what to watch for with his future vet needs. Then there's the puppy, a 6mo husky. He was dumped and we rescued him, but he shakes like a leaf if anyone comes near him, including Drs. Reynolds and Le. Ever since we adopted him he's seen them for all his care. Last week he was neutered, and they were so patient with him. We got pictures and text updates at every step to show how he was faring.I'm so glad we switched to A Couple of Vets. Our last vet was fine but they could have cared less if we came back or not. We always have a good experience with their service. Also, I'm glad to be supporting a family business. Their little boy is adorable and they are a beautiful family.
August 03 · Rebecca BurleyI highly recommend A Couple of Vets. We recently adopted a 7 year old Yorkie, Ms. Beasley, with no previous health history, unspayed, and in need of some TLC. The staff, Reagan, Stephanie, and both docs are phenomenal support systems for us as we learn about our new pup! They are always available for consultation and make me feel like I am the most important customer.
August 30 · S DarstMy experience with this wonderful clinic was one of sadness as they had to diagnose my dog, Dolly, with cancer, and then help me through the process of putting her to sleep. I am not one to give various expressions of praise and wonder at the work I see done in a business, practice, etc. This clinic is THE BEST I have worked with in my 50-plus years of having pets. First, the two vets, Dr. Li and Dr. Reynolds, are fantastic. I worked primarily with Dr. Li, and she is the epitome of what you want in a doctor caring for your pet. She is a real listener who was not watching the clock to move to the next room. She answered honestly, calmly, and heard me as I tried to sort through options. Is it wrong to say I "love" her?Let's talk about the staff, vet techs--the unsung heroes of a practice. Raegan, my main tech, is such a professional and very much a people person and foremost, an animal person! She truly cares for your pet and cares for her clinic. I felt very comfortable with her from the moment I met her. And then there's Stephanie, the front desk manager who sets the tone for the clinic. She was so much more than printing an invoice and answering phones. She is another person who exemplifies the quality of this clinic.Although I am sad to have lost my girl, I rest assured that she had the BEST care that humans can give to a helpless animal. These people at A COUPLE OF VETS truly do restore my faith in the capacity of humans to be caring, kind, compassionate, and exemplars of their profession. If you are looking for people to care for your pet, run, don't walk, to their hospital in Spring. Dolly will most likely be my last dog due to my age. I am so happy that both Dolly and I got to experience the WONDER that is A Couple of Vets.
May 20 · Karen TwitchellI’m so glad my friend referred me to A Couple of Vets! It’s so hard to find a “good vet” or veterinary practice these days-especially if you’re looking for someone who is good with cats. My cat was suffering from a serious health condition, but he was seen promptly and treated with the utmost care and respect. Most importantly, my cat was seen by an actual vet, Dr. Reynolds, who was very knowledgeable and took great care in handling him. Dr. Reynolds is also very good with humans too-he explained everything going on and outlined a treatment plan accordingly. Most of all, Dr. Reynolds was very kind and compassionate (terrific bedside manner), thorough with the diagnosis, realistic with treatment options that are best suited for the patient, and transparent in all financial obligations. He is just the kind of family vet every pet owner should have caring for their fur babies.
June 29 · Kelli KnappAbsolutely love this clinic! I’ve worked with dogs as a dog groomer for 7 years and have learned that you have to be very picky with who you trust with your babies. And this vet is one that I absolutely trust. Very straight forward on pricing, Dr. Reynolds broke everything down before completing the services. I also love that they don’t push a bunch of extra vaccinations or expensive food on me like some vets do. They’ve gotten me in twice when my dog needed immediate care and even took the time to answer questions I thought of the next day without seeming irritated that I was calling or rushing me off the phone. I love that they send me a recap of the visit to my email because it goes over any diagnoses as well as aftercare. Sometimes when they’re giving you the rundown at the office it’s information overload, so it’s helpful to get everything in an email. I’ve always received genuine, compassionate care for my little guy. They will be my go to from now on and I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for always taking great care of Freddie!
