Very happy with the service! My puppy Pomeranian was shaking her head and her left ear was droopy. They were able to see me right ways without an appointment. Thank you Marisol & staff
Jul 02, 2025 · abril quirozI’ve been coming to ambassador vet hospital for quite a while now and at first I must say I had mixed opinions about some of my first experiences. The front desk and vet techs have sometimes been a bit short in what’s already an uncomfortable time for a pet parent however I’m also aware that this can’t be an easy job. In recent times I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Michael who has truthfully made my vet visits much more enjoyable with his kindness and compassion. He truly seems like he loves what he’s doing and has helped me and my dogs in times of stress and uncertainty. He is one of the main reason I am giving five stars and will be continuing to come back.
Apr 08, 2025 · Alexander LopezI am super grateful for this vet!!! Words cannot describe how amazing Dr. Michael and the staff here have been, seriously. They have consistently gone above and beyond in helping my dog Maui and I with her chronic health issues stemming from a broken leg when she was a puppy. So much so that after moving to another state, I have driven back twice to get her treated here at ambassador!Maui is my world and i feel she is always treated with love and respect here, and they do the best they can to make her comfortable. I am not normally an emotional person, but was very emotional dropping her off for surgery and couldn't contain my tears and anxiety. Dr Michael comforted me and assured me he would do his best to make sure she was taken care of, which meant everything to me. He called me just before and after her procedure that same night to keep me updated on the process and assure me that she did well. These folks have seen thousands of animals, but the level of compassion and care they showed me and my dog on an individual level meant so much to me. Dr. Michael is also a stand up guy with a lot of humility and kindness. His staff is always friendly and makes my dog feel as comfortable as possible in their hands despite being nervous to be there. It meant a lot to me that the staff often complimented my dog on how well behaved and sweet she is. It makes me feel like they see in her what I see myself, which means so much to me and makes me feel more comfortable leaving her in their hands. It is going to be a long road to recovery for my dog, but I am so grateful to everyone at ambassador for their help and compassion. THANK YOU!!!!
Aug 07, 2024 · Nicolas AscencioFrom the bottom of my heart I am forever grateful and thankful for everyone at this vet. My dog renegade decided to jump up on my husbands project car that is out back and broke the windshield as he did, cut his paw wide open and although I tried I couldn't control the bleeding and had to bring him somewhere asap! Ambassador was right down the street from my house and I have brought my other 2 dogs there and they've always been wonderful and luckily they were able to get us in the same day! I didn't have the means to pay for the surgery renny needed so they gave me a bunch of information on foundations I could call for help and boarded my boy until I was able to figure it out because he was bleeding so bad, luckily one of the places they referred me to was able to help! They also gave me a discount to help me also. I'd do anything for my baby boy and seeing him in pain broke my heart and he's had a rough start in life being dumped by his previous owners as is... so the kindness of everyone at this vet was amazing and touched my heart in ways I can never explain! My 3 boys are so excited to pick him up tomorrow and this night without him is a little easier knowing he's with such kind and caring people! Thank you so much to everyone there who helped me and the doctor who took his time to calm me down and explain what needed to be done because I was an absolute mess! Ambassador is a great place and they truly care about our pets
Jun 21, 2024 · Alyssa SmithI brought my dog Daisy for severe dental issues. I was very worried about her, but Dr. Michael Shenouda was very impressive. He took the time to go over everything in detail about the procedure and the bloodwork that was done. And he did a great job with Daisy’s mouth. This is my first encounter with him. The front office staff were also very helpful and kind. I was not impressed with the previous doctors here, so I stopped bringing my dogs, but I think I will start bringing them again! 🙂
