★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I was really worried about the expenses for my senior kitty. Called so many places and they were not even allowing us to set an appointment. My heart was relieved when I found this clinic. They got me in super fast and even though my old guy wasn't able to be healed..... They were so helpful and caring for the loss of our pet. They even sent us out a little card that was signed by the staff. I will return with other pets and I highly recommend using this clinic. They are caring and will do whatever they can. Super affordable too. July 02 · Cassandra Spaulding
- I wasn't a pleased customer. The groomer could use some additional training in my opinon.Update: I'm generally a customer who when not satisfied will reach put to provider of service and see if provider will step up and try to resolve which is what I did here. I called groomer today (day after) and spoke to the male groomer directly i forming him he didn't have my consent to out my dog the way he did. I was going to give him the option to atleast cover the cost to us another groomer to atleast fix my dog's head. The groomer I believe his name was Joey which I may be wrong about the name tried to brush off the mistakes as my fualt as owner and lack of care. Did not want to accept any responsibility for not following directions or having the decency to call me to seek approval before doing as HE wished. Basis is this. I have a German wirehair pointer. He is well behaved and socialized and never been difficult for his normal groomer. When dropped off and directions given I was told he would not be able to cut through a couple to give a 1inch length requested and would have to near shave. My dog is a wirehair and thier fur usually easily combs out nature of thier hair type. I agreed but requested to try to keep at 1inch if possible thinking he would discover my boy fur isn't hard to work with. I gave him specific direction regarding the head to only shave his lower chin and to thin out below the the eye and not touch his eye brows. Keep the his head shaggy. He gave my dog a full on poodle cut which I'm all too familiar with having a poodle in the family. Besides for the armature lines in cut , a good cut. Problem is my dog isn't a poodle nor did I give permission to reshaped his head as one which has a very strong racoon facial quality to it. I am very much displeased by this as I'm finding it difficult to read my dogs face now. He clearly took it upon himself to do as he wanted and I think the cut lines shows his lack of experience but hey let's blame the owner. On top of all this when I came to pick him up the office staff had the nerve to ask me for a tip while paying and never once attempted to show me my buddy prior. I declined pointing out that very thought to the office staff and man I'm glad I did. I really feel the groomer has a lazy element to this for the experience to be what it was. I will provide a before and after picture. The first one will show his natural.shaggy look which I believe makes him looks frie dly and approachable and what im accustomed to reading for body language. The other pics will highlight the racoon shaping of face. While he was difficult to stay still for clean shots you should be able to see the lines on back of head above the ears. He's not suppose to have a pomperdo look on his head....I realize my sediments regarding this might seem petty but he clearly doesn't look the same nor what I'm used to. While 80 dollars for a cut seems definetly reasonable in today age, that still 80 bucks paid to be disregarded. December 04 · R2ryan
- very understanding, caring people. The veterinarians really know what they are doing. I have a 16 year old Chihuahua that I was afraid I'd have to put down. They gave me meds after examining him including an x-ray. they gave me medication. he's moving more and even happy to take short walks. He's not suffering like he was. I've had my stubborn dog since he was a puppy. I'm so happy that I have more quality time with him. May 16 · Bambi Perry
- Moved from Florida and needed a new vet for my dog. I hated leaving my old vet as he was so good and down to earth. His prices were great as well. This clinic was a little higher for a new visit and shots, but the doctor and assistants were very kind and down to earth, so it made it worth it. I liked that I could purchase his monthly meds straight from them. They will let you buy anywhere from 1 month to a years worth at a time, and thats great. So if you're not in a position to buy a full 6 months when you go, you can get what you need and come back to pick up more when you run out. I really liked that, not pushy and good with my furbaby. Found my new vet and happy. They did say they had an app but have not tried it yet. July 19 · Lisa Oxendine
