★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Truly so grateful from the receptionists to the doctors and being available 24/7 with a free 48 hour follow up visit. My goldendoodle showed signs for one thing with his eye and four hours later signs for another with his red drool and was treated with the utmost care.FYI if it’s urgent but not life threatening bring a book and go in with the expectation to be patient—they prioritize emergencies which is totally understandable! Thanks again staff Glen is already feeling so much better.
August 11 · Shelly TansleyDealing with a sick pet is so stressful. This was the first time we had to leave a pet at the vet overnight and I was beside myself. The staff put us at ease, provided consistent updates and pictures, and made me feel so comfortable about the situation. I also didn’t feel blindsided by any costs - everything was very transparent. Very impressed with the staff and level of care we received, and we are so grateful to have our boy back at home, healthy and causing chaos in our lives once again!
August 26 · Kelsey RoggenbuchWe recently brought our daughters guinea pig for an urgent health issue, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and truly compassionate. They walked us through every option with clarity and care, taking the time to explain what was happening and helping us make the best decision for our guinea pig’s well-being.Our guinea had to stay overnight which was nerve wrecking, but we left feeling supported, informed, and at peace with our guinea in their care.Highly recommend this clinic. They go above and beyond, and their love for animals truly shows. (Even sent us a photo updates during her hospital stay)Thank you again for being so wonderful.
July 25 · Korree FooteVery happy there are facilities like this , when our furry friends are sick in the middle of the night/early morning. We had to bring out kitty in. She had been fixed, at 4am the facility we had her fixed at wouldn't be open. (As expected,)We were able to come to the emergency facility and have her looked at. The staff is professional and helpful. The veterinarian on duty was ssssooo kind and niceShe assisted our kitty. Our cat was in much pain, they gave her some pain meds as we waited. They offered the services they thought should be done. Then we were offered the quote before we made the decision. Of course our kitty being our friend $850 was well worth all they had suggested. Pain meds, antibiotics, ultrasound, and making sure her incision was going to stay closed. The vet explained what needed to be done and explained us what could happen if we opted out.The facility is very clean and updated .They had coffee tea and water available as you waited. They offer payment options if you need them
April 25 · Brenda ChristensenThe staff at Animal Emergency and Specialty Hospital went above and beyond to take care of our dog, Gizmo. Dr. Faith took her time to walk us through everything they were planning to do and answered any questions or concerns we had before and after performing Gizmo’s emergency surgery. Our family is beyond grateful to Dr. Faith and her team for saving Gizmo’s life and taking such good care of him. Even now, after Gizmo has been home with us for a few days post-surgery, the staff has been very supportive and helpful, answering any questions we may have about concerns regarding Gizmo’s recovery. We can’t thank you all enough for all that you have done for Gizmo and our family 🫶🏼
