★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Traveling to Florida at the welcome center my dog Asher had gotten hit by a car and his paw was ran over. The staff Was awesome and taken care of my dog as well as the other emergencies that came in. This is a great place with honest and great people. Highly recommend, especially if you’re traveling through and need emergency services. They are open Monday through Saturday after 6 PM to 8 AM and on Sunday 24 hours
August 09 · Michael AbateI have used this service multiple times. They have done a great job with my dogs. One I had to say goodbye to but it wasn't unexpected. They were very good at communicating with me throughout. Keep in mind there is only one doctor there at the time, so you may have a long wait. Yes, they are expensive but so is every other vet practice from Florence to Charleston. It is somewhat of a specialty care situation and sometimes you just gotta. I have to thank them for their compassionate care of me and Goober just a few weeks ago. They treated us both with utmost respect. 💔🐾❤️ He was just too old and sick to save.
January 26 · Tricia HarrelsonMy 11 year old Pitbull and 5 year old Beagle were bitten by a rattlesnake a few days ago. The wait was not extremely long even though in the moment it may seem so. They were treated quickly and I was kept up to date through out the night on their progress. My Pitbull had to be transferred to her regular vet for further treatment but as of of this morning she has been cleared with no organ damage present! I would like to thank them for their help in saving my girls! The cost of treatment was expensive but considering I still have my girls with me today, it was a price I was willing to pay several times over! THANK YOU SO MUCH for saving my girls!
August 25 · Kelly LaneI am very thankful for all of the staff here. They showed my baby the best care all the way until the end. I see a lot of negative reviews about pricing, but I think the prices are reasonable especially compared to other big name emergency facilities.I am very thankful for Dr. Rhodes and the team that was there to guides us through the toughest decision.I wouldn’t hesitate to trust them again.
December 07 · Jessica CampbellI recently brought in a kitten who was in critical condition, hoping she would receive immediate care. Unfortunately, the staff did not begin treatment until I was able to make a payment, which seemed odd considering there was an entrance and examination fee. I would have expected at least an initial assessment to determine the urgency of her condition. After payment, the kitten was given an IV and sent home with antibiotics, along with a hefty bill. Sadly, on the ride home, she passed away. I can't help but feel that more could have been done, or at the very least, that I should have been informed if she was unlikely to survive, so I could have made her last few hours more comfortable. If you're considering this veterinary hospital, I would recommend exploring other options. Unfortunately, with my experience care might be delayed, and pricing may not reflect the quality of service provided. And your pet will suffer the consequences :(.
