Animal Emergency Hospital & Urgent Care Reviews
My family had a terrifying experience with an addisonian crisis (previously undiagnosed) in our young dog. Initially, he was highly unstable and at a different vet where we couldn’t afford services. The loving staff taking care of us recommended this establishment for high quality, well-priced care. They also have payment plans that help families in emergent situations with mid to low to no credit. We were very anxious and panicking a little when this business accepted our pup. The staff members were friendly, educational, therapeutic and supportive. They calmed our nerves and were highly communicative all throughout the hospitalization services. They provided calls and text updates throughout hospitalization. Our dog was stabilized and got an accurate diagnosis within 24 hours. They paid close attention to details and empowered us to feel secure providing care to him going forward. This establishment is a bit of a drive for us but we will likely return due to the affordable, high quality care. We also noticed they offer care to exotic pets. We look forward to utilizing these services in the future as well. Overall would recommend and return.
Apr 30, 2025 · Shannon ArnetteI found a baby rabbit that couldn’t move its hind legs, I assumed they were broken by my dog, however there were no visible injuries. I realize how vital hind legs are for wild rabbits, but this place made the decision to euthanize the healthy playful baby rabbit, without making any attempt to address his legs, he was given no chance to make it. I am saddened and disturbed by the way this went down.
Jun 04, 2025 · Ala HI brought my cat last night because he vomited 4 times in one day. I called many vets to ask if any of them had payment plans, and all of them recommended that I come here. I was attended and triaged by Katie and Rik. Katie is an AMAZING Vet Tech! She was incredibly attentive and listened to everything I had to say. She has such an amazing personality and made me feel reassured that I was doing the right thing by bringing him in. She was incredibly helpful and caring throughout the whole process and made me feel welcome. The provider that attended my cat was named Rik. Rik is an amazing provider and answered all of my questions throughout the entire visit. I 100% recommend coming to this Animal Emergency Hospital and Urgent Care to all! I will be letting all my loved ones with furry friends be aware of the amazing staff that works at this vet! Including Katie and Rik!Thank you all so much! My cat is feeling so much better and has stopped vomiting!
Apr 02, 2025 · JuniorThe staff here took incredible care of my pup over 3 nights; they sent notes (with pictures) and called with updates while he was there. We never felt rushed, they took the time to hear our questions and explain everything. I would (and did) recommend this place to anyone!
