★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We brought our kitten here after he was diagnosed with pneumonia and a bladder infection. Our regular DVM didn't have much hope for his recovery, so we came in for a second opinion and to be sure we were doing as much as we could for him.The staff here was so sweet and thorough. They gave us different meds and never acted like there was no hope for the little guy. Today is day 4 after our visit and our kitten is nearly back to normal. We are so thankful for their help and for giving our kitten a better shot at recovery. Also worth noting, they were fast and surprisingly not busy on a Saturday morning. Their prices were higher than our usual DVM, but we live in a rural area and since they are an emergency center in a bigger city we expected that.
August 20 · Robin C.What an amazing team. Fast service, professional, and caring. Tigger was dx, tested and dismissed within an hour in spite of the high number of other pets coming in. The whole staff was smiling and courteous. Boy if only human e.r.'s could be as efficient. I am so thankful for this clinic. It's worth the money.
April 28 · Diane Pastor (The Pastor Agency)I came in today at 5:32 with my family, but unfortunately, it wasn’t the most welcoming environment. I understand that everyone can have off days, but there is never a reason to be rude or standoffish. The two young women at the front desk did not come across as kind, and it felt as though our presence was more of an inconvenience than a welcome. On top of that, we were never asked why we were visiting the animal ER, which made an already sad and stressful time even harder.I believe a simple acknowledgment, a kind word, or even asking about the reason for our visit would have gone a long way in making the experience feel more compassionate. Families coming to the ER are often under a lot of stress, so a welcoming attitude and empathy at the front desk can make all the difference.
August 18 · KristinaI would like to thank the staff for their help and amazing service and support. If it weren’t for their expertise and quick action we might have lost our 4 legged family member. I really appreciate them for their help and would recommend them in the future.
March 27 · Raymond BrownI went with a sick pup, called in advance and they put us right into a room when we arrived. The tech and vet were both excellent. Took excellent care of this little girl. The after care was the best, followed up the next day and when the test results came in they worked with my regular vet to get the prescription and records sent over for me to pick up locally. If needed I will go back to this location, even though it us farther than others!!
