★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- We brought our 6 year old lab, baylee, here for an abdominal mass that was caught on an ultrasound at our local vet. Our local vet did not feel confident enough to treat her. Dr. Reid took a closer look with a CT scan and found that she had a very large mass in her abdomen that would be difficult to remove. Thankfully he was up for the challenge. The surgery was very high risk, but he was able to remove the tumor. Dr. Reid and his entire staff were kind, professional, and compassionate. Without them our baylee girl would not be here today. We are so thankful for the care she received at this clinic. We extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Reid and his clinical/ surgical team! June 27 · Shelby
- Dr. Reid and his staff have been such a blessing. My dachshund went fully paralyzed from her waist down due to IVDD. After her second laser treatment, she is walking again! They have always been so patient and kind when I’ve brought her in, and will always do what’s best for the animals in their care. Thank you Dr. Reid for helping my girl walk again! - Dr. Reid and his staff are knowledgeable and compassionate. They absolutely saved my cat's life. When I took a rescue bulldog for diagnosis, we unfortunately had to euthanize, Dr. Reid was genuinely angry about the poor vet care this dog received previously. I highly recommend this clinic, and they are very reasonably priced as well. April 05 · Melanie Johnston
- So I would not use the veterinarian well unless you like paying for nothing want to say pay for nothing I mean pay a lot for nothing. So I'm disabled I live on a fixed income. I have a 3 year old Shih Tzu who is all i have in the world and means everything to me and she hurt her leg jumping down from the coach the other day and i was afraid she had something stuck in her foot or had hurt a knail and she wouldn't let me get close enough to look for myself so I made an appointment for the following day by then she was acting as though it wasn't bothering her as much but to be safe I took her in anyway. The vet looked at her for all of 30 seconds and said yeah it seems to be alittle sore we better take an x-ray at $125 and even though i knew it was way more then I could afford with the way he made it sound i didn't want to take a chance so I did it to find out thier was nothing wrong nothing at all all together I payed $178 dollars and that's with a 10% discount for being disabled to find out she was completely fine now they did make sure to tell me we if she wasn't better in two weeks they would see her for free. This is the second time they have way over charged me ill never go there again i get the feeling it's cause im mixed. I would've payed less then half that at Deerfield i know because that's who i used to used and who ill be going back to. Hell the emergency veterinarian hospital might have been cheaper . Don't get me wrong I'm happy she's fine I just don't know how ill be a able to afford to feed her or me this month. For Christ's sacks I'm going to my way to leave a review to state how bad they are. The nurse magen was very good and professional May 16 · Nathan Malone
- Pretty upset by the lack of communication. Was asked to look for another vet today with no reason given and my senior dog needs her meds. The receptionist was rude and the only time she sounded pleasant was when she was telling me my husband and I would be happier at another vet clinic. My dog needs her meds. Very sad that this is how they conduct business. We had a good experience until just recently aside from the front desk, so I'm unsure as to what happened. It seems like the Dr cares more about their employees and supporting their bad attitudes rather than keeping the customers happy. May 06 · Brookuslea
