My girl just walking dropped in pain late on a Friday night, and I didnt know what was going on. The next morning, she wouldn't put any weight on her back leg. I called my vet first thing Saturday morning and I told them my dog was hurt and in pain and needed to be seen. They didn't even ask what was going on and said "sorry we are booked." Really?? I know about the emergency vet down the road , but honestly I did not want to take her there. I googled animal hospital and AHNG popped up. I called them and they had no problem getting my girl in immediately. The front desk staff, the vet tech and the Dr. were absolutely amazing! My girl has high anxiety and they took her back and took x-rays without having to sedate her. How i don't know but I was impressed. X-rays showed she tore her ACL ugh. The Dr. was so nice in explaining everything so I could understand and gave me several options. I think I found her a new vet. The other vet didn't care even though we have been going there for a while. I want a vet who actually cares about their patients and I believe I found one. - R. Ramirez
