Anne Arundel Veterinary Hospital offers several features that, based on available information, aim to provide a positive experience for local pet owners in Maryland. This indicates a system that, ideally, aims to engage with client issues.
It is crucial for potential clients to note the conflicting experiences, particularly regarding diagnostic accuracy and customer service in challenging situations. Anne Arundel Veterinary Hospital Reviews
Brought my kitties here, and I’ve been liking the clinic so far! I can't remember the cost of the checkup, but it was slightly cheaper than other veteranaries. The staff was amazing! They were very attentive and addressed our concerns. See my beautiful Kitty below!
Sep 29, 2024 · Davina PottsI took my two dogs fecals to this hospital and the next day I was told both tests came back negative. I called them and said this is impossible we literally saw them in both dogs feces that's why I sent the feces to be tested. The ladies were nice there and stated they would have the vet look at the pictures I sent that clearly show worms, tapeworm which I specifically ask for them to test for. So I had a test done elsewhere and we thank God treated our dogs before it got worse. I could have been someone that would have believed them and not had my dogs treated. I had ask for my $90.00 they charged me for two invalid tests, not even certain they were ever actually tested at the lab they sent then too and now into the 3rd day this vet calls and won't return my money and really smartly states well we did rule out they didn't have hookworms or round worms, I didn't ask for testing for either I asked for tapeworm testing! This vet was so unprofessional! I am reporting them to bbb and contacting Maryland State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners. Had I listen to them stating no they didn't have worms, my poor dogs would never been treated and I would have though they were fine. This guy is an uncaring, arrogant man! BAD BUSINESS FOR SURE Dr. Schrank!
