May 07, 2025 · Stephanie BaldwinI found this place searching on google because I had just felt so heartbroken my kitten was not feeling her best and is very feral. Catherine was very patient with me when I called and encouraged me for a solution for next day appointment. She wanted me to see Dr Waldmen and held this doctor in high regard when it came to seeing my kitten. They went at her pace, they listened to me even when I occasionally rambled because all I want is my kitten to grow up, be healthy and have a good life. I have overflowing gratitude for these two ladies and all of the other ladies who greeted me in the office and lended a helping hand. Thank you so much for making space for me. I felt heard, seen and I know my kitten will feel the same as she continues to be seen at this vet.
Nov 22, 2024 · Alex TricomiDon’t bring your pet here unless you like guessing what they will charge for. Lady didn’t tell me how much anything was before they did it. Just said that she needs this and we want to do this and that. I told the 3 people up front and one said they are not supposed to do that. They need to write down my options. So she only asked me to pay what I was expecting to pay and she will talk to them about handling the rest. Of course there are no notes on my account about it. So because they didn’t do their job correctly now I have to pay. Called to get the info on what they gave my dog and the shots they gave her. They will not tell me or email me unless we pay all of our past due. Humans like that don’t need to work at the vets office. The lady that picked up the phone today was very rude. Speaking to me like I’m lower than her. I need these records for my dogs health and these rude ahh ladies act like I personally owe them money. I really hope people report them and share their experiences.
Apr 30, 2025 · RightmijThey did the job but they traumatized my cat and I.I got her shots last January and it was quick and easy. My cat was on the table and Dr. Heather Ogle was very gentle and sweet with my kitty. She distracted my cat and did the shot quick enough for her not to notice anything. It was a perfect vet visit! So this year, I came back to get my cat shots again. Because they were so good last time, I didn’t think there would be an issue. Today Dr. Bonnie S. Harris helped my cat but instead of quick and painless, the doctor and her assistant covered my cat in a blanket, thinking it would help.My cat screamed in a way I’ve never heard, and the procedure was unnecessary. My boyfriend and I kept trying to take our cat and hold her while they give the shot, but they insisted that they do it.My boyfriend, my cat, and I are very shaken up from the experience. They were super nice enough to get us in today and gave us good advice on how to take care of our cat, but I think a more calmer approach to take care of our cat would have saved all of us the trauma.
Jan 21, 2025 · Amanda McCauleyI started coming to this facility when my vet of 7 years retired and transferred all of her patients to this facility. For a nail trim, I went from paying $17 at my old vet to $26 at the new vet, then to $28 and now $32 ... all within a span of a year. I can get a basic manicure for less than $32 and I get a hand massage! ... Absurd to charge $32 for regular patients. You have the dog in the back for less than 5 min. Highway robbery. I get that things are costing more for everyone, but this is just taking advantage of a bad situation.
