Banfield Pet Hospital

150 Lincoln Square, Arlington, TX 76011, USA

4.0
I had a disappointing experience at Banfield. I took my dog in because she had pus coming out of her eye, and before the vet even examined her, the tech started suggesting multiple tests totaling around $150. When I asked if the vet could check her first, they finally did—and the vet only recommended a $52 test. It feels much more commercial now, as if they’ll run unnecessary tests unless you specifically question them.Additionally, the drop-off appointment system is extremely inconvenient. In 12 years, I’ve never had to leave my dogs like this. They don’t provide a clear time frame, meaning you have to keep your whole day open.Overall, this visit felt more like a business transaction than quality pet care. Nice staff but the company seems to be more commercial now. - Aisha Ojha
