Treasured Pets Veterinary Hospital Reviews

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Our sweet Gus ate a bone last night, early this morning he began throwing up. Called our vet, they could not get him in because Dr was leaving early. Looked online and found Treasured Pets Veterinary Hospital had great reviews including on Forney FB page. I called them & they were so sweet and asked how soon I could get him there. I was there within 10 minutes. They took him right back, took X-rays, and brought me back to look at them and explain how they were going to help our fur baby. Dr Blaylock took me in the back to show me where Gus will be kept in exam room as they worked on him and monitored him. Dr Blaylock is AWESOME! A HUGE Thank you to you and staff for helping our sweet boy! It means a lot knowing that our babies are in great hands with you & your awesome staff! ❤️
May 22 · Leona ShinertThe staff at Treasured Pets have always been friendly and gone above and beyond. However, this week, they really showed compassion and kindness. Our family lost our dog yesterday. I called the staff early in the morning and they told me to come right in. Today, we received the ashes of our beloved doggie! They presented him so well in his urn, wrote a beautiful card, and they gave me a print of his paw and nose. They made a beautiful situation out of our loss. Thank you to the entire staff. Many blessings and thank you for your kindness.
August 01 · Judi OIt was time for our kitty to cross the rainbow bridge and we were thankful that Treasured Pets could get us in the same morning. However, as the vet was administering the sedation medication in to the catheter, she jokingly said, “this is her Michael Jackson moment.” At the time it didn’t really register to me or my husband, but it has angered me more since. Our girl was old and sick and we were thankful to get her out of pain, but I can’t imagine another family having to go through the heartbreak of putting their beloved pet down and having her say the same thing to them too. It was extremely unprofessional and downright insensitive for her to be making a joke at such a fragile time. I’ve never written a bad review in my life, but I felt the need to bring this to light.
March 09 · Kayla KeyashianWe took our pet rabbit to get checked out for being sick. They gave us what he needed to get back to his normal self! Thank you to the front desk staff for your kindness and professionalism. We are so grateful to Dr. Blaylock for treating our fur baby with so much care, patience, and love. Thank you for being so kind and attentive. My kids felt so comfortable and happy that our fur baby was in such good hands. Our rabbit got the attention and care he needed.
June 05 · Debbie RosalesI called around 8 in the morning trying to get an appointment for my dog that was head shaking and had brown wax in his ears. I thought possible ear infection. So front desk answered and asked for me to hold. No problem. I held for 17 minutes when an important work call came through for me so I hung up and answered that. I called Treasured Pets back after my 5 minute work call and again they answered and asked for me to hold. I told her that I was just on hold for 17 minutes and asked if it was going to be that long again. She rudely tells me that "it wasn't that long" and laughed like I was lying. Mind you everybody uses their cell phone these days so I knew exactly how long I had been hold since the phone times your calls. If this is the way this place lets their reception treat people, I told her I would find another vet in the area. Not going to bring my baby there.
