★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Vets and staff did a great job taking care of Precious. The diagnosis was properly made. Sadly though in my pets case only palliative end of life care was recommended. Thanks!
June 18 · Michael LaurineAlways a great experience. The staff and Dr. Ronaldo are always kind, patient, and thorough. I'm forever grateful to them for giving me more time with my pup who was treated for lymphoma.
July 31 · Pamela FlynnWe are devoted owners of a 10 y/o rescue named Monte. He suddenly went into extreme kidney distress and we were afraid we were going to lose our boy. Thanks to the excellent care of Dr. Lucibello, and the wonderful nurses and techs who cared for Monte 24/7, we now have him home and with us for the foreseeable future.
July 08 · William LewisThis was our first time there, and Dr. Alyse Zacuto could not have been any kinder. We felt very comfortable with our plans that we had to make for an upcoming surgery.
August 14 · Todd WynnPricing was a little all over the place. We were hearing one thing from the doctor on price of procedures, and then would get an estimate that was 50% higher than the doctor had discussed. While we weren’t charged for the high estimate, my complaint here is simply that if the doctor doesn’t know the pricing he should defer to the people who do. Also believe that the IV was double charged, as the ER had stated that they were doing an IV the first day so my dog didn’t have to do another one when she went to internal medicine. A CT was recommended for an additional $3,600 which shouldn’t cost more than $1,000 based on the other times I have paid around that amount for that procedure. Additionally when on the phone with the doctor after going over results of the procedure, I asked if I could conference my partner in so she could hear the results as well, and there was a sigh with a disgruntled “yes”. When I said “I am sorry, is that an issue for you?” His tone changed dramatically. I get the doctors are busy, but an additional 5 minutes of a conversation is likely not as costly as the 5 grand in bills that I am paying for. Seemed to lack any sort of compassion. The rest of the staff was pleasant and showed they cared, which is the only reason I am giving three stars. All in all, the pricing is predatory because you’re in an emergency status, and they know they can put a price on love.
