I created this google account with to anonymous for comment my experience with banfield only in the past few years, as I am not open to any offline reaching out asking reviews to be removed, not wish to expose my personal info so they can identify who is this customer. But I am a long term customer with my dog for years, since I have my dog and started puppy wellness package.I would only recommend banfield if you wish to have your dog's vaccine, NOTHING ELSE.My dog had dental periodontal disease for years, his gum was even turned black and he was so hurtful that he didn't want to eat, I had him check with Banfield, after a drop off and my dog waited for 6 hours, I called twice on checking his status, that visit I did not even get talk to a proper vet, it was only one vet tech come back said he is "all good", no othere medical/professional comments about how to proceed with his treatment. I literally emphasised multiple times that, he refused to eat his normal food, he is apparently in pain, but this was what we got after 6 hours waiting and exam fee.During the past years of different wellness exam and blook checks, the vet never gave a summary about how my dog is, I have to specifically chase after and ask for specific questions to get a general wellness check question answered (like how healthy the gum, any issue with his joints. Now it's post covid, I still not able to go into the exam room and talk to a Vet with my dog together. Multiple blood test did in the past and my dog had liver number increase, but everytime banfield replied with "this is fine" without any recommendations.Now my dog finally had a proper Vet diagnose his teeth needs immediate cleaning and extration, also disgnose him with early sign of liver shunt, we got good care and referred to proper specialist.I would never recommend anyone to banfield, especially the one at this location. I would not event trust their basic wellness exam capabilities, maybe if you are out of choice, their vaccine is okay I think, also the portal is easy to login to get the vaccine records. I only wish to comment here and let everyone know my extreme bad experience and how irresponsible they are that my dog was in teetch pain for such long time(more than 1 year, everytime I asked banfield about his teetch, reply was "fine, okay").There are so many vet options near by, banfield exam fee is not the cheaper one, don't waste your money on this facility or any of their wellness package. Get a proper insurance and go a responsibile vet will end up with a cheaper pay anyways.

I’ve always been happy with everyone at Banfield-Meridian until my last visit :( …and on top of it, we unfortunately have the insurance plan for multiple pets through Banfield and are stuck until insurances expire. Hopefully until then, we are crossing our fingers and paws ;) to have a better vet experience at another Banfield location

First time at this location, and I was so grateful how helpful and kind the first front desk person i interacted with was. I had come in with me and my dog a mess, and he was quick to assist me with the mess and quickly get me checked in.
