★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- They would not allow me to be in the same room as my cat when he was euthanized, after I made a promise to that cat that I would accompany him to the end. They did not wait until he was fully anesthetized to take him back to that room. Not leaving this review just because my cat passed. I’m leaving it because of how they handled it. This happened 7 months ago, I made sure not to type out a review with heavy emotions. They notified me of the price for the euthanasia ($130) while I was grieving with my (awake) cat after I had already spent hundreds with them on treatment. I get business is business. But Jeez. Picture of the subject included, his name was Bart and he was a good boy. April 04 · Ty Reilly
- They always get me in fast for my sweet kitty. That is a really big deal. We had an emergency before finding this office, and I called so many places that just refused to get us in. The Dr is always right on it and gets everything all fixed up. I took in a dog in pretty bad shape that I'd found on the road. Now a few weeks later she looks so much better and is running around feeling good. I can't say enough good things about this office. June 20 · tammy green
- I was very happy with their service and they answered all my questions that I had about my pets. They did not try to push anything on me or act like I need to bring my pet in. I was very happy when I left. I will be back again as a regular customer. August 07 · Frank Miller
- I've taken multiple pets here, and after about 3 appointments, and one life or death situation I've not once laid eyes on the Veterinarian that works here. I personally blame his absence for the loss of time for one of my cats when they had bobcat fever. She might have stood more of a chance if he'd taken a blood sample and identified the disease properly. That is a big if, but the fact I brought in a cat who wasn't eating or drinking on her own and he never made an appearance to talk with me about her just isn't okay. I won't ever take any of my pets here again if the vet is going to stay in hiding like this. July 10 · Nicolas Ross
- They gave me a estimate of around $100-$150 dollars then when I get there to pay and pick up my cat they tried charging me $200+. Then when we were inquiring to why it cost so much the vet came out and yelled out us saying you go get a veterinary license and try and make a living off of it. And then after we negotiated down to $166, we payed and walked back to get the cat the vet physically blocked me and was very threatening. To top it all of they were supposed to call me this morning to dicuss what else we wanted done and I never received a call and they administered more treatment than I gave permission for.
