★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had to take a moment to slow down and write a review for Beacon ER. When the ish hits the fan with your fur baby they really know how to soothe your worries and take the care into their own hands. My dog Nesta had an obstruction inside of her, pressing against her intestines, and Dr. Mathews and Dr. Paige took such good care of her, taking it out swiftly and on the track to recovery. The supporting staff is very thoughtful and knowledgeable about their facilities services, while showing so much love for each animal that comes in. Nesta is alive and on her path to being completely healthy. Thank you so much! I hope I never return : )
August 20 · Vincent RuhumulizaHuge thank you to all the doctors and staff at Beacon. I deeply appreciate how patient and kind you were with Pumpkin and I. After a 4 day stay, I never doubted for a minute that she was being taken care of with love and respect. Thank you so much for taking such amazing care of my sweet girl.I’ve noticed some comments addressing the costs of treatment with Beacon. I personally found the doctors and staff more than willing to walk me through the treatment plan and associated costs. They were also incredibly open to having conversations about any financial concerns and working with me to make sure Pumpkin received the best care in a thoughtful way. Thank you!!!!!!
August 14 · Alyssa PayneThe staff here were incredibly professional and kind. I was extremely nervous because my puppy had been dealing with stomach issues for three days, and I was beside myself with worry. From the moment we arrived, the team put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. They took wonderful care of my fur baby, giving her the medication and attention she needed. Honestly, they were a true godsend on a Sunday morning when I needed help most. While I hope I never have to use their services again, it’s such a comfort knowing they’re there when I do need them. May Riley is doing much better.I highly recommend this place.
August 18 · Dana GrahamI wanted to take a moment to express my profound gratitude for the exceptional care my cat, Raven, received at Beacon Emergency Veterinary Hospital in October 2024. Raven was quite ill with a urinary tract infection, and the entire experience, during a stressful time for us both (as we were in the midst of a move), was made infinitely better by your team's compassion and expertise. From the moment we arrived, I was struck by the warmth and professionalism of every staff member I encountered. Raven, a typically feisty feline, was clearly in distress, and your team handled her with such gentleness and care, reassuring both her and me. I was kept fully informed of her progress throughout her treatment, and I felt confident that she was in the best possible hands. The level of skill and dedication demonstrated by your veterinary professionals was truly remarkable. They not only addressed Raven's immediate medical needs with efficiency and precision, but they also demonstrated a deep understanding of animal behavior and a genuine love for their patients. Their ability to provide excellent medical care while simultaneously calming a frightened and unwell cat was exceptional.I am so thankful for your kindness, expertise, and compassion. Because of Beacon Emergency Veterinary Hospital and your wonderful team, Raven recovered 100 percent and her feisty spirit has fully returned. You truly went above and beyond, and I wholeheartedly recommend your services to anyone seeking exceptional veterinary care. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
July 13 · NancyAbout 2 years ago I was adopted by a scrappy street cat named Buster. He was super independent and gruff, but beneath the rugged exterior is one of the sweetest most loyal cats I've ever met.One morning I heard Buster outside calling me, but it was cry for help. He had fended off a much bigger predator in the night but was seriously injured and I knew I had to get him help fast. An awful helpless feeling I wouldn't wish on anyone.Taking him to Beacon was the best decision I could've made for him. Dr. Matthews, Dr. Sawyer and all the nursing team worked literally around the clock through every touch and go crisis and complication, they were able to perform the life saving surgeries to save Buster and give him a new lease on life. The whole team were incredibly caring and supportive to Buster and myself throughout the process and beyond. If your pet is in need of help from someone who will love them as much you do, then take them to Beacon.
