It’s easy to get in, I like the fact I can just go online to schedule a appointment and we are always in and out. I have never had to wait which I like! All the staff at the Springdale location are very nice as well!

The people at this veterinary office are all so kind and caring. Our old veterinary office we went to was rude and talked down to us. Telling us our cat had fleas every time and it was a skin and anxiety issue where he would lick his self raw. Noah’s ark was patient with us on this issue and has helped us find a way to help our baby feeling better. Everyone from front desk to technicians and the veterinarians are wonderful. We are so thankful we found you. The veterinarian spends so much time speaking with us and making sure we totally understand everything happening. Thank you!

This vet clinic is absolutely terrible. Their customer service and bedside manner is abysmal. It is clear they do not care about me or my pet as we have been poorly treated numerous times.I have gotten into verbal altercations with their front desk staff twice. I was reprimanded for being late to an appointment when, in fact, I was early.Another time my dog had an open wound on her paw and I was told the earliest appointment was 3-weeks out. I was then told to go to another Noah’s Ark location to be placed on a 4-hour waitlist on the other side of Cincinnati.My visit today was a wellness visit and vaccination. I had a question about nodules on my dog’s paws and was denied service because I scheduled a “wellness” visit not a “sick” visit. I was not even given an opportunity to see or talk to the actual Vet. The vaccine was administered in the lobby of the building instead of an exam room. When I questioned this, I was met with rudeness from the staff.They do not care about you or your pet! Do yourself a favor and find a local family vet instead of this terrible corporate chain.

I was here for the first time looking for a new veterinarian. My dog needed annual vaccinations and a nail Trim. The vet was is the room no more than 5 minutes. The technician took my dog to get the nail Trim. The technician came back with my dog and said you're good to go. It would have been nice if the vet would have done a thorough exam with the vaccinations in front of me. The staff overall was very friendly. The vet as mentioned could have done a better job as this was my first time here.

Definitely recommend! Our dog is scared when going to the vet but when we switched vets and took him to Noah's Ark Animal Clinic, the vet and other staff were patient and so good with him. They also had good prices compared to other vets. Everyone was also so very nice!
