August 15 · Junyao GuThey’ve been a blessing to us ever since our cat was diagnosed with Intestinal stomach Cancer and then God guided Doctor Joslyn Romano to remove the tumor and Thank You Jesus That Through the Chemotherapy he’s doing great.I really appreciate their kindness and care for our furbabies.😀🙏🙏🙏🙏
November 23 · Mrs Heather N. and Mr.Michael W. GoldenDr. Romano and her kind staff took us in immediately after my 14 yr old dog started suddenly wobbling and acting like he was drunk. I had never been here before and didn't know what to expect. I can honestly say this was probably the best experience I have EVER had at a veterinarians office. Everyone was so attentive and came out to help my poor old guy into the office. Dr. Romano's bedside manor was that of professionalism, kindness and she was extremely thorough with not only her diagnosis but also her detailed explanation of what was going on with him. (Vestibular disease) I thought I was going to be leaving there without my old boy but instead she gave him some meds, some hugs and sent us on our way! I'm truly so grateful for her and the entire staff for taking such amazing care of not only Freddy boy, but this worried mom as well! ❤️
June 05 · Trish BulinskyVery efficient vet office! We walked in, the dog got weighed, then went into our room. The vet came in soon after. Then Mica got his shot, which he barely noticed because he was busy playing with the vet! Great job!!
April 01 · Elizabeth DuffyWe saw Dr Romano for a few years and we (as well as our dogs) LOVED her. We moved further into New Bern so the drive there was an hour one way. We decided to go to a vet right down the street from us because of the drive. One of our dogs needed a biopsy, that other clinic dropped the ball. They were a nightmare with communication, crazy expensive and it was way too hard to get an appointment. Once the issue with the biopsy came up, we decided to go back to Dr Romano. When I called they took him just two days later. She's the best of the best, very knowledgeable about less common issues that other vets don't seem to know much about. Her treatment plans always make sense, she discusses all options extensively. I wish we would have never switched to that other vet, we should have just stayed with her all along. The hour drive is worth it for a vet that genuinely cares. Her hours work with our schedules well, and she along with everyone else at the clinic is so kind! She's saved our tails on more than one occasion. It's so hard to find a solid vet like this! I recommend her to everyone!Edited to add: We've never been hit with surprise fees here, either! I always ask for a ball park estimate, and the bills have always been right about what we were told to expect.
