★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Great staff! They were busy when we came in so there was a bit of an anxious wait. More than worth it! They were fantastic and took excellent care of our dog. She was perfect after and didn’t need any follow up visits.
May 13 · Erick JBringing a pet to an emergency vet is never a fun experience, but the team here made it as smooth and comforting as possible. I had to bring my dog in late last night after he ate something he shouldn’t have, and from start to finish, we were taken care of with genuine kindness and professionalism.Merandy at the front desk got us checked in quickly, and her calm, friendly attitude really helped both me and my dog feel more at ease. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and explained a treatment plan that made sense and felt right for us. I also really appreciated that they provided a clear estimate before starting any treatment—no surprises when it came time to check out.Wait times were minimal, and there was even a sweet office cat in the waiting room who let me snuggle her while we waited—such a comforting little bonus during a stressful visit.Highly recommend this place if you ever find yourself needing emergency care for your pet.
April 08 · Catherine ClawgesI took Sadie my lab mix here this morning (Saturday) as her vet is not available on weekends. Donna check us in quickly and within a few moments Kim appeared and escorted us to an examination room. She was kind, gentle and caring with both of us. You could just see the level of love for pets in her metrology. After a few minutes Dr. Sarah Dunnigan came in and was also loving, kind, caring and gentle. She took Sadie for X-rays and additional procedures. Sadie was so happy, tail wagging and was so comfortable with these wonderful caregivers! We waited to hear about the test results and after about 10 minutes Dr Sarah came back and gave us determinate and great BTW, news. The great lovers of pets at this facility should be held above the standards of care for animals. Sadie’s Doctor is Dr Sara Austin from Austin Veterinary in Beaufort and the care she received here was no less than she would have received with her “other” Dr Sarah. Sadie is now resting peacefully along with me because I now know that my beloved little girl will get 24-7 care with no worries.
August 09 · Shelly SaundersReally a life saver! Molly the pug says THANK YOU! And so do we. As well as being kind, respectful, and inquisitive. Actually learned a lot about my dog, in addition to getting to the bottom of things and creating a plan. The Veterinarian and the Vet Tech, as well as the receptionists, were all top-notch.
March 29 · Will HarmatukWhile our visit did not turn out the way we would have liked, and definitely did not have a happy ending, I have to say we couldn't have asked for better care for our fur baby. Everyone in the office was so kind and tried their best to answer all of our questions and ease the pain of saying goodbye to the best dog ever. We could tell they wanted what was best for her. Everyone's compassion and kindness helped to ease us through a very difficult time.
