Best Buddies Clinic Reviews
Low cost place! Def needed a place like this! Got my cat shots and Spade! I still feel like it was kind of pricey compared to some places, but when I went to the regular vet I spent $250, so it was $90 for everything plus I gave a $10 donation because they don't get paid there, and also $5 for the e-cone. So it sure beats going to a regular vet! I am very grateful. I did get yelled at a couple times, but I guess that was because I was not reading and comprehending everything that she wrote me about the process, but I finally figured it out and I understand that they are super busy.
Jun 02, 2025 · Heather GigliottiIn regards of Best Buddies Clinic i have had 12 or more cats fixed here. Never an issue until today. Patty was very ignorant and, disrespectful. The job i do if i left i would be hit for neglect. Now, i called to let them know i was running late. Thought i was doing something right.. phyc!! Not! I was yelled at and belittled for not having a back up. Not everyone has the extra help patty! If you dont want to help the community then don’t! I donate extra money all the time.. no more..
May 14, 2025 · Maranda RodericksWorst experience ever. Very rude, took my money $100 and never got an appointment only Very rude emails. Would never recommend anyone use this facility.
Mar 02, 2025 · LINDA CARBISIEROWe take all of our animals here to get spayed and neutered. They are fabulous and have helped us so much. Our "Tator-Tot" just was neutered there about a month ago.
Apr 10, 2024 · Adara DrishI took my cat to get nurtured today and the owner Patty is extremely rude. I seriously couldn’t even believe that she owns a business acting the way that she did. I emailed her wanting to get my cat neutered and she signed me up for the vaccine clinic instead. She came out acting like it was my fault for her own screw up. I’m glad I had the email to prove she was WRONG!! I would never go back to her location. If it wasn’t for the clinic that was there and the guy from another clinic who was super nice I would have left. I have never been into a vet clinic where an owner of the business is so rude an unprofessional. When I came to pick my cat up she came out to the lobby and wouldn’t even make eye contact with me a no apology. She knew she was wrong. Take your animal elsewhere for sure!!
