★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Best vet clinic in the entire state of Texas. I am so happy I found them and bring my dogs to be seen. They are the most caring and respectful people I have ever met. You will not be sorry if you make an appointment here for your fur babies.
May 21 · Maureen KellyOct-2024I could not do without my Booneville Animal Hospital. They are more than just employees and people. They're like family. They are going to do their absolute very best to make sure your baby (mine being Levi) gets the best of care.He had a fractured tooth, and mercy, his mouth smelled like death. They had me send pictures to get an idea of what I was seeing. They made an appt for surgery to get his tooth pulled and checked for any infected or bad roots. When I got him back and he felt better, I was ready for those loving kisses that no longer smelled like death. With their love, attention to detail, and kindness, Boonville Animal Hospital will forever be my vet.April-2024I absolutely love Booneville Animal Hospital. As a pet parent, when things happen unexpectedly to our furbabies, especially puppies, we worry.I called, and they were able to get me in within a couple of hours. My biggest fear was Parvo. So upon calling, they got me in at 10:30 that same morning. I pulled up where instructed and was just bawling my eyes out, trying to fill out the paperwork. When the girls came to get him, they just ooooed and made it all about him. As I continued crying, I asked all the necessary questions and how much. They were very compassionate, sweet, and informative. They assured me that
November 09 · Sherri RobertsonDr. Miano is amazing. Explained everything in great detail and eased my mind! The young ladies in the front were very kind and informative. You can trust Boonville Animal Hospital with your fur babies.
April 18 · Amber OchoaI've been bringing my pets to Boonville Animal Hospital for many years, and I've always appreciated the excellent care they provide. The clinic is clean, and the veterinary staff is kind. However, I recently had a rather peculiar experience during a pickup today that I felt was worth mentioning.I arrived for my dog's scheduled pickup at 5:27 PM, perfectly on time. The front desk person acknowledged me through the large glass door window. However, despite being on time and the clinic appearing empty, I was asked through the glass to wait outside in the cold until exactly 5:30. I stood there, in full view, watching the clock tick from 5:27, 5:28, and all through 5:29, until it rolled around to 5:30.I asked through the glass if I was there at the right time and while they said yes, the one and then two staff persons in the office still made me wait outside the locked door.It was a very strange feeling, like a bizarre patience test or experiment was being conducted on me, especially since no other clients were present when I got there. It made me feel disrespected, like that my time and personhood were rejected. While I understand and appreciate punctuality, this particular instance felt overly rigid and quite rude.It is also pretty expensive - for boarding Friday afternoon until Sunday, with the required shots for boarding and their required checkup, it was $362. That was pretty unexpected and despite paying such a heavy cost for routine care, I was still treated coldly. The care my dog received was, as always, excellent, and I have no complaints about the veterinary services themselves. I just wanted to share this unusual and unsettling experience for others to be aware of. If you plan a pick up, be certain you are there at the exact moment of your appointment.
