★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1There are several reasons I recommend All Pets to others. The receptionist team is very polite, thoughtful, and thorough, (Matthew is THE BEST)! The technicians are personable and sweet to the animals. Dr. Rupley is knowledgeable and warm. You can tell that she cares for her patients and is committed to helping them. All Pets is also understanding that money isn't endless and sometimes we have to be selective on pursuing some treatments over others because of cost restrictions. When money is tight, they will go over what they think is the greatest priority for the animal's well-being and stick within your budget. All Pets has been instrumental in saving my cat Toast's life and he's come so far from where he was when we first walked through All Pet's doors. Thank you for everything you have done, and continue to do for Toast!
May 09 · Morgan Allen⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We cannot thank Dr. Rupley, Desiree, Matthew, and the entire team at “All Pets Veterinary Medical Center” enough for the exceptional care provided to our beloved dog, Auggie. When Auggie was unexpectedly diagnosed with malignant mast cell tumors, our family was devastated, fearing the loss of our cherished 11-year-old companion. From the moment we arrived for our initial consultation, Dr. Rupley’s genuine compassion, warmth, and unparalleled veterinary expertise put us at ease.Despite our barrage of detailed medical questions—ranging from malignancy grades to mitotic indices and c-kit mutations—Dr. Rupley patiently addressed every concern with clarity and empathy, never once showing irritation. Her outstanding bedside manner transformed a distressing experience into one filled with hope and confidence. Within 24 hours, Dr. Rupley skillfully performed surgery, successfully removing seven tumors from Auggie’s body.Dr. Rupley is, without question, the most exceptional veterinarian we have ever encountered. Her combination of medical expertise and heartfelt care is truly rare in today’s fast-paced world. The entire staff, including Desiree and Matthew, showed remarkable dedication and kindness throughout the process. For anyone seeking the absolute best care for their furry family member, “All Pets Veterinary Medical Center” is the #1 choice. We are forever grateful for giving Auggie a second chance and restoring peace to our family! 🙏🏼❤️
May 21 · Juan Maldonado IIII have a ferret and she got ill. I Immediately looked for a place that takes exotic animals. She got the care that she needed that day, but the labs that I paid 400 dollars for did not give me any results. They recommended another visit in 10 days to “see how she was doing” not only they charged me for that visit, but it was less than what i paid for last time which was great. They also told me she needed labs worth almost 600 dollars, which is outrageous. When I called again to only get a cbc, they told me it would be 116, which I agreed to. However, then they changed the pricing and said it would be around 270 dollars. So, don’t take your pets here, specially your ferrets, the vet was extremely rude, careless, and they overprice you here!!
August 25 · Pamela BlancoHoly cow this place is amazing. As a vet tech myself, and having gone to several vets as a customer, I have never had such an amazing experience with a staff team. First off, right as you walk in, Matthew at the front desk is just amazing at what he does. He remembered my name after just a day and is so eager to welcome you and get you settled. Then, the technician I worked with was Bre who was so caring, funny, and reassuring. She answered all of my questions and did all of my rabbits force feedings, even cleaning her up before I picked her up! I cannot say enough good things about her. Lastly, I got to receive care from both Dr. Rupley and Dr. Heatly. Both were very calming, took time to talk to me about my rabbit, asked for questions and took their time answering them. I wasn’t rushed off of the phone and I always felt prioritized. On top of all of that, the actual care is amazing, but all of the doctors’ titles and achievements could have told you that. They’ll also let you know what’s mandatory and what’s lesser priority so you can decide what to spend money on. All around I had an amazing experience with them!
April 24 · R HammettI found a very sick kitten very early in the morning and after calling multiple vets, All Pets was able to squeeze her in within 10 minutes of them opening! She was seen right away and carefully assessed. The vet techs were very open and kind to me and this kitten, calling me every hour to update me on the cutie. Dr. Rupley was very lovely on the phone and gave me a clear rundown on the kitten's health. The trip was pricey, but I would have rather paid the price than wait another minute to get this kitten in better health. Photos show progress after 2 weeks of All Pets care. I cannot thank the staff enough!
