Waggie Pet Zone Introduce
For pet parents in College Station, Texas, finding a single, trusted location that can meet all of their pet’s needs is a top priority. Instead of managing appointments at a veterinary clinic, a separate doggie daycare, and a different groomer, imagine a place that provides a seamless, all-in-one experience. Waggie Pet Zone is designed to be that very place. This comprehensive pet care center offers a wide range of services, including veterinary care, boarding, grooming, training, and even pet supplies. It’s a true one-stop-shop that simplifies pet ownership, making it easier to ensure your furry family members are happy, healthy, and well-cared for.
Waggie Pet Zone is a proudly women-owned business committed to providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all pets. The facility aims to be a community hub for pet lovers, where pets can get everything from a routine check-up to a fun day of play. The staff is dedicated to creating a positive and friendly atmosphere, which is often the first thing clients notice. For first-time visitors, the team makes a great effort to put pet owners at ease. A virtual tour is even available for those who want to get a feel for the place before their visit, a feature that speaks to the business's transparency and commitment to building trust.
While Waggie Pet Zone has many positive aspects, it is important to address all available feedback to provide a complete picture for potential clients. A review from a cat owner highlights a significant issue with pricing transparency, describing a confusing and misleading experience with booking and payment. The client noted a discrepancy between the website’s stated pricing and the actual cost, which included unexpected "half day charges." While the business has since provided clarification, this past experience serves as a reminder for all clients to confirm pricing details over the phone before booking. Despite this issue, the review did acknowledge that the business otherwise has "good reviews," suggesting that while communication around pricing may have been a past issue, the quality of care and services generally meets expectations.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We had a great first experience boarding our pup here in early July! It was our very first time leaving her, so naturally we were a little nervous. Before the stay, we stopped by for a tour and were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. They gave us a thorough walkthrough and clearly explained how everything works, which really helped put our minds at ease. We were able to secure our deposit with no issues. One helpful tip for future pet parents: if you’re planning to bring your pup and may need to run errands or make a last-minute drop-off, be sure to call the day before to confirm availability. We appreciated how organized and communicative the team was—definitely made a difference for us!
July 22 · Ellie AvaThe website lists pricing for cats at 23/night. When I brought my 2 cats in they tried to charge $96, saying that because I wasn't picking up before noon I would be charged for 2 days. Before I asked why it was more expensive, they said it was because they accidentally charged me for a dog... then said that actually the price was correct anyway. Very misleading. When I then asked what the price would be to pick up before noon the next day, it was still over the amount because they "charge by half days". Honestly, the pricing wasn't that bad, but the misleading website and phone conversation I had while booking are what drove me away. I would not recommend coming here as they are not transparent about their pricing on their website. It's a shame since they have good reviews otherwise.I'm editing this review to say that I can see they've replied with a link to the website detailing the rates, but this section on the website did not explain the half day charges at the time I had booked for my cats (which was several months before they decided to reply). It also does not explain the employee saying we were charged for a dog, nor the price discrepancy where I should have been paying $69 (2 cats × 1.5 days) to drop off my cats that morning and pick them up the next before noon, as they said it would still cost $96 (the price of 2 full days for what would be a 24 hour stay). I have had an awesome experience with South 40 Vet instead and encourage anyone reading this to go and see them!
January 09 · DelayniWaggie Pet Zone has been our vet of choice for over 10 years. Our cat and dog, Luna and Petrie, have always been so safe in their care and I trust them wholeheartedly. They want what is best for your pet. Can’t say enough good things about this team.
December 05 · Carly DavisWe have used Waggie Pet Zone for quite some time. They are a quality pet facility. Just be a aware that if your pet stays 24 hours but stays from afternoon to afternoon your will be charged for a day and a half. Which seems ridiculous to me. And is quite expensive. In other words, your dog cannot stay 24 hours for a full day charge.
August 28 · Susan McElroyWe let our fur babies ( cat & dog) stay here and i can say that we had no worries. They ended up doing Great! I really apperciated that they took notes with my super long instructions, explanations, etc. They also never seemed annoyed when I would call and check on them. We set Shiloh up in the room with the tv. I really like that they allow you to bring their own bed and blanket if wanted. Zoey, our cat, seemed very content with her area. She was excited to see me, she was more interested in her large window lol. We have also done a series of the dogs 101 classes with Amanda and she was wonderful! Never ask too many questions with her, she's always happy to answer. My dog ended up being obsessed with her and he loves the facility. He whines everytime we get near it!
