★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care you provide to my animals. With a variety of personalities and temperaments among them, vet visits can be a challenge—but your team consistently rises to the occasion.I’m always impressed by how each staff member takes the time to approach every pet with patience and understanding, tailoring their care to each animal’s individual needs. It truly makes a difference, and I’m grateful for the compassion and professionalism you show at every visit.Thank you for all that you do! You truly live up to the name CARE!
May 29 · Kim SteffesDr.Alex is an amazing Vet, my boy Max as a little on edge for his latest appointment, and the Vet didn’t say anything about me sitting on the floor to comfort Max. Also the tech that was helping him was great as well. She took Max back for a blood draw and to do a nail trim, she didn’t push the nail trim with Max when it thundered out and he started to get scared. I happy they were able to get his blood draw before that.
July 20 · LIz KaiserThe doctors and staff at this clinic are caring, compassionate and knowledgable. I can't say the same for the receptionists who are insensitive and impersonal let alone untrained. Once they had us waiting for 40 minutes past our appointment because they didn't have an available room. One week later they sent us away because we were 11 minutes late and they invoked a 10 minute policy. The need to understand they deal with sick animals and worried humans, adapt to this reality, lose the attitude and smile once in a while.
July 11 · CHRISTOS THEMELISThe knowledgeable and compassionate care we received for my fearful cat put us both at ease during our visit. The attention to detail to ensure my cat's visit was a positive one left a lasting impression. Thank you for your kindness to us both!
July 21 · Julie ToweryDr. Brewer and his staff were exceptional with my dog's first visit. He has anxiety and is quite fearful at the vet, and he was handled with expert skill and real caring. Dr. Brewer took the time to get down on the floor and interact with him, gaining my dog's trust before starting any examination. My dog was as calm as I've ever seen him at the vet. I recommend Dr. Brewer highly.
