★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I love this vet! Dr. Regan saw me on a walk-in basis, after I found a sweet kitten on 16 mile road during rush hour. She was so kind to see me and now Luna Lovegood is healthy and happy living inside with her big puppy brother, Harrison Potter! Thank you so much to Dr. Regan, and all of the staff at Cats Veterinary!

May 24 · Marie KrokI recommend Cats Veterinary to anyone that is a pet parent to a Kitten or Cat. Dr. Reagan and Dr Vani and staff members will make sure you and your fur baby are well taken care of in a safe, clean, and compassionate environment. They are very thorough in the care of all cats that come here. You are also given in Detail any instructions you need to do at home if needed. I have been going here for Decades and will Continue. Thank you, Dr Reagan and Dr. Vani, and your hard-working staff. from Cindy H. and my Kittys
April 25 · Cindy Hand (Cindy)I have been going to Cats Veterinary for many years. I have had three cats. All three have lived to be 16 years old and all three were patients of Dr. Vani. Throughout the years, I have had great experiences with Dr. Vani and her staff. Just recently, I was told my boy Chase had a mass near his intestines. Dr. Vani believed the mass was cancerous and offered to do more testing. With the age of Chase I declined the test and opted to take him home with prescribed medications and make him comfortable. Over the years I have lost four other pets to cancer and I feel each of them has let me know when they were ready. Chase's personality did not change much over the two months past the diagnosis. Although his appetite slowly declined. I continued to give him his medications prescribed by Dr. Vani and monitor him. The last day he was alive, I came home from work and discovered his breathing was labored. I called Cats Veterinary and had to leave a message at approximately 455PM. The Veterinary does not answer direct calls and does not have an emergency number. At approximately 505PM, Cheryl called me back and immediately told me to take Chase to an emergency veterinary. I asked why if they were my primary vet and were open till 6PM. Cheryl indicated that Dr. Vani was gone for the day and the other vet was leaving. I said fine I'll wait till tomorrow (knowing I was not going to wait). Cheryl got frustrated and put me on hold. When she returned she advised that the other vet would stay but that I would pay extra. I could not believe how she was speaking to me and I said no way am I paying extra. Cheryl responded fine don't ever come here again and hung up on me. I was in complete shock. I immediately called the Veterinary that my dogs see. I explained the situation and the lady on the phone was very sympathetic and told me to come in immediately. The staff at my dogs vet was very kind and understanding and I was not charged an additional fee for the emergency. The incident was very stressful for me and Chase. I had to drive additional miles because a staff member at Cats Veterinary was unsympathetic and had a lack of compassion. Although I do not have another cat in my family, I would never visit Cats Veterinary again. In a time of need I want a Veterinary that has compassion for both their people and their pet clients. CHASE AND I DID NOT RECIEVE THAT!
June 05 · Michelle LandOur dog had a tussle with a pit bull and lost. Her neck was punctured and was bleeding. Cats was recommended by our vet, so we rushed her there. What a nice place, the staff was great, they explained what was going to happen and how long it would take. We got our girl back all patched up and almost as good as new. I recommend taking your pet there.
