★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I took a domestic rabbit here with a digestive issue. Everyone there was amazing! From the person who answered the phone, to the tech and the vet himself. I am overwhelmed by how caring and professional they all were. I didn't feel rushed, they asked pertinent questions and all my concerns were addressed. They were kind, thoughtful and my heart goes out to each and every person there for their commitment to give their animal clients top notch care. Thank you again so much! I have been to dozens of vets...and have never left a review until now...y'all are the best!
April 23 · Beebster MuellerI would high recommend to anyone. The Doctor and staff are the nicest, sweetest, most compassionate people, not only with our fur babies but even with us humans! They were very comforting to my sweet boy Jethro and myself when he passed! I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else🥰
August 14 · angie hanthornLast year I had to call twice about messages of overdue vaccines for my cats when I told them that I had given them their shots already. So when I made their appointment for their physicals this week, I reiterated that my cats were up-to-date on their shots again. When I get to the appointment, I'm ushered into a room, and don't even have time to hand the lady the shot records before she leaves. So when the vet and his assistant come in the exam room with shots in hand, I remind them that my cats are up-to-date and hand my notebook over. The vet confirmed they would get them scanned into the records, but didn't even look them. He waits until I'm picking up my second cat and taking her harness off to sneak a shot in on my first cat. Me not seeing what happened, trade him cats. He does the same thing with my second, while I'm picking up my third cat. I caught him that time as he's putting the cap back on. When I ask him why he's giving my cats shots, he just acts confused. So I go into detail that I LITERALLY just told him that they're up-to-date and flip my book open. I got a "that's my bad". And at the end of the exam, they CHARGED me for the shots anyway.
January 26 · jasmine nelsonTook my dog Gizmo here to have a mass removed from his backend area, and was told that a biopsy was done on some of the tissue from the mass, and was told that it wasn't cancer. He recovered great and the doctor did an amazing job and left hardly a scar when he was completely healed. The reason for the 4 stars was due to there not being an option for a payment plan for paying off an surgery that are always expensive, but I think that every Veterinary hospital or clinic should have some type of payment plan for surgical procedures. It would make it so much easier for non-wealthy people to afford these types of procedures and another procedure that should have a payment plan is euthanizing pets would be a tremendous help for many people and their fur babies!
August 11 · Jennifer KousmaThey where really awesome to my kitty Stirfry. They took real good care of him. With 24 hours he was so much better. Back to his cuddly self. Thank you so much for bringing him back to himself. And the cost was very reasonable.
