August 20 · Brad RothIt is more expensive than the vet we had previously been going to. However, Dr. Pence and her staff are absolutely wonderful! They care not only about the animals health but their environment. They are not in for the money but their passion for the animals shines through.Dr. Pence listens to my irrational fears and explains why it wouldn’t happen. Will continue to take my fur babies here!
May 13 · Maggie KingI drive there from 40 minutes away. Best vet I know of. I’ve lived in Indiana 3 years & been to a bunch within an hour 1/2 radius. This is by far the best. Very nice clean building. The vet is very good. Vet techs are knowledgeable and seem gentle. If they were a little friendlier & bubbly around pets, I’d give a 5. But I’m sure they get tired and see sad things so cant blame them too much for that. No one has ever greeted me either. And usually have to make eye contact to get noticed. But they are cordial when speaking to them. Not that big of a deal if they check all the other boxes of being knowledgeable, clean, reasonable & most importantly caring towards our furry babies. So it’s all good. Recommend
June 09 · Mrs MomTook my dog in for not eating and being somewhat lethargic. They prescribed antibiotics. He seemed to get a little better but after the course of treatment was done he seemed to go back to not eating and lethargic again. Because I'm traveling I have to take him elsewhere. When I called to ask if there was anything else the vet thought could be wrong the receptionist was very short and a little rude. I feel like I pissed away$200 for nothing.
May 06 · LukeCalled. Had my dogs fixed there. I called stated my mini Aussie had blood in the stool. Since I hadn’t been there for awhile, the dogs were “inactive” patients and they were not accepting new patients. Name implies animal hospital. Woman seemed kinda bad (understand per policy and as a worker) but come on. The vet won’t see a dog with blood in stool and the name in the business is hospital? Blows my mind. I work in healthcare as well. I understood they were not accepting new patients”patients” but have some courtesy and just make sure she’s okay. I called down to noblesville with Dr. Fleck and the person on the phone answered a lot of my questions. As a healthcare worker, I always tell my workers, treat patients as you would want your family to be treated. This shows lack of empathy. If they post saying, “sorry for your experience,” it’s to show they didn’t care. The “animal hospital” lost their “why they do what they do” and emphasize money over their mission statement/s.for the feedback, Brandon, and I’m very sorry your dog wasn’tfeeling well! Rarely, during our busiest seasons, our appointmentschedules get full enough that we have stopped taking new or inactivepatients for short times because our goal is to give thorough,un-hurried care to each patient we are able to see. I hate making thatdecision knowing that it somewhat limits the pets we will be able tohelp, but have found it necessary to uphold our standards of care foranimals and humans each day. If our emphasis was on money, we wouldcertainly try to see an unlimited number of pets, but would not be ableto provide the best quality care in those situations. It sounds like ourcommunication with you could have been better when you called, and wewill continue to work on that! I sincerely hope your puppy is feelingbetter! Dr. Pence“Not feeling well.” Bleeding from anal cavity is not not feeling well. If a person was actively bleeding from their anal cavity, it may be deemed an emergency. Dr Pence, find your why, if you ever had one. Called noblseville and the vet tech, I presumed, gave me things to try before I saw them the next day. If you cared, you would have made time. You acting like you see as many dogs as PCP SEE a day (25-30 people) . Even having a phone call for 1-2 min would have showed you care. You only care to respond due to rating.
