Compassionate Care Veterinary Hospital of Charlotte Reviews
Dr. Johnson and the team at Compassionate Care are true animal whisperers. She was the first vet in years of vets to figure out the root cause of a long standing issue with one of our dogs. They are kind, always take time to explain what’s going on and make our girls feel so cared for. We are so thankful for finding them and love that our girls’ health is in such good hands. You’d be hard pressed to find another veterinary team in Charlotte!
May 17, 2025 · Kait AtkinsonDr. Trish Johnson and the entire team at Compassionate Care Veterinary Hospital are absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to care for my dog, Cairo, with such compassion and expertise. They took the time to explain everything clearly and really listen to my concerns. They helped calm my anxious, yet “talkative” dog. I feel completely confident in their abilities and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch vet!
Mar 05, 2025 · Terrence McDanielCompassionate care was recommended to me from a friend and I’m so glad it was! I’ve only been there once but immediately the staff was very personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Johnson and her entire team are welcoming, thorough, honest, and compassionate! I left my previous vet clinic due to dishonesty and negligence from multiple veterinarians at that particular practice, so when I arrived at compassionate care, of course I was very skeptical. But I am so thankful I gave this place a chance, my dog didn’t want to leave, he was treated so well.I recently discovered they also perform grooming services too, which I’m going to try soon. I HIGHLY recommend this company, you wont regret it.
May 25, 2025 · Bell CreationLove Dr Johnson, Teresa and staff! They have been wonderful to all our babies through the years! The health care is the best and they love our pets like they are their own.
Mar 30, 2025 · Ann CarltonMy best girl had a lump on her back leg and I kept taking her to our previous vet and they not only couldn’t diagnose anything but also didn’t care to help us at all. Finding Dr. Johnson and the team at Compassionate Care Vet was such a blessing. She immediately showed us such compassion and support that even though the news on the prognosis was not good I knew we were in good hands. Dr. Johnson called to check on us and helped with her comfort as she neared the end. After she passed away the team and Dr. Johnson sent us a beautiful card. I am heartbroken that my sweet Willow passed away but I will be forever grateful to Compassionate Care Vet for their love and support when we needed it the most.
